Refunding

1. How can I get refund from you if I have to cancel my reservation?
   The easiest way for us to make refunding to you is by Paypal. If you have a Paypal account, just provide us with your Paypal email; If you do not have one, it is very convenient for you to register one: there are over 100 millions people using Paypal happily all around the world.
   We can also make refunding directly to your credit card, in this case, we need the following information from you: credit card's type and number, issuing Bank and its address, credit card holder's full name, nationality, birth date and the billing address. It takes much longer time for you to get the money, because it needs a lot of formalities on our side due to the international money sending policies by Chinese government.
