Hi Harry,
I want to share the pictures we took at Lhasa, Xian and Beijing. We enjoyed our trip immensely. It's just too bad we could not do more touring in Tibet. Unfortunately, we could not adjust easily to the high altitude so even if wanted to see and do more, our bodies would not allow it.
Your tour guides were all excellent. We will recommend your company to our friends and family.

Hi Harry,
This is Sharon. I want to thank you for your part in creating a spectacular trip. I was so pleased. Everything met and most things exceeded my expectations.
The guides and drivers were good and very accommodating. I have special praise for Susan in Shanghai, Linda in Chengdu and Pemba in Tibet. Each of these people had such a different style but they all went to great lengths to accommodate our needs, answer our questions and help us understand and appreciate the regions we visited. All this was done with unfailing good cheer and enthusiasm. They must have been exhausted when we moved on.
For your part Harry, I am in awe of your skills to co ordinate and execute the details of our three weeks moving through China and Tibet. It was a flawless dance. Something I'll never forget. I thank you for your hard work and attention to detail. You have set the bar very high for any tour I will take in the future.
In case you are working with any Americans who want a little reassurance about booking with China Odyssey please don't hesitate to use me as a reference. I would be glad to talk to them.

Hi Harry,
Our trip was fantastic ... we found the accommodations, guides, and tours to be even better than anticipated.
Local tour guides and drivers were all reliable and punctual, and almost all were very flexible about making some changes to the itinerary as we went along so that we could see a few extra things as long as we paid admission for these additional sites. Guides made excellent recommendations for restaurants, and went out of their way to help us have a terrific experience in China.
I would highly recommend your company and would certainly contact you again if I planned another trip to China. Thanks again for all your work making this trip a success!

Hi Harry,
We have returned from Beijing and Xian and I wanted to say thank you for all the work you did on our behalf. We really enjoyed our time in China and have taken home some great memories. I couple of comments about our tour guides:
1) Jack in Beijing was excellent. He was very professional and organized and helpful. I would highly recommend him to others.
2) George in Xian was also good but we were a bit puzzled when he gave us evaluation forms in the airport and asked us to fill them out and give them back to him. This did not give us much time to do this and I felt it was not professional for George to get our evaluations directly.
Overall it was still an awesome trip and I know others from Macau plan to take a similar tour next year so I will forward your name and contact information on to them.

We came back from our trip to Tibet.

All the arrangements were excellent and the guide, Dun Zhu, as well as the driver, Pan Pa, were wonderful people. Hi Harry,
My apologies for taking so long to send this. Life catches up quickly after a holiday! We just wanted to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to China and can't thank you enough for the work you did in putting together an excellent schedule.We found all the hotels to be excellent and had no problems with any others at all. The standard of service was excellent and staff friendly and helpful everywhere we went.
I particularly want to mention the guides. We were very impressed with all of them - they had good English, were friendly, knowledgeable and very flexible and helpful. They all went out of their way to ensure we had the best experiences and we thank them for that.
Overall we believe the service provided by China Odyssey is excellent and have no problems in recommending your company to anyone we know who may consider travelling to China.

Dear Mr Harry Zhang,
I am K.C.Brahmachary, father of Manisha and I along with a relative of mine visited China during the period of 8th July to the 16th.
Your planning of tour was excellent. All your guides in Beijing and other places were very polite, courteous and cordial and did their best to enlighten us about China and the people of the land. We really did not feel alone there. Your drivers also deserve appreciation for their helpful attitude and courtesy.
If anybody likes to visit China as a tourist and seeks my advice, I shall like very sincerely, to recommend to contact you for a happy and informative tour in China.

Hi Harry,
We are back home now after a memorable trip to China. We would like to thank you for your help in organizing this tour for us at the very last minute and putting together an itinerary that is personalized according to our interests, time concerns and budget.
My kids, husband and I enjoyed the package tour very much and the tour guides, Annie Lee and Jessica at Beijing, and Bob at Suzhou and Zhouzhuang, Shanghai, made our experience fun and interesting. They were knowledgeable and professional and took care of all the details like hotel check-ins and food.
Overall I would give high marks for great service for all.

Hi Harry
We had a great time, our guide was excellent and spoke English very well. Our only complaint would be the restuarants chosen for us. Especially if you are only two persons you would like to eat in proper chinese resuarants rather than rooms full of 'tour bus' foreigners. We do prefer chinese food and with the exception of the lunch restuarant in Zhouzhuang which was very nice we had 'western style' chinese food with westerners every meal. The Hotel was very nice - definately no complaints there, we would certainly look at using you again if we have free time on another of our business trips.
