Hi, guys! This is Linda Chen from China Odyssey Tours. To be a travel consultant, I have worked in China Odyssey Tours for more than half a year. During this period, I have arranged over 40 tour groups to travel around China. They came from different countries all over the world. It's such a charming job that I enjoy it very much! Hi Linda

we are back after a wonderful trip of China. It was so well organized by you that we faced no problems. The guides you chose were excellent and looked after us well.

It had been wonderful if we had met after corresponding for this trip for almost a year. We started our correspondence last may.

You are right when you say that China is a big country and it can not be seen in one trip. I do look forward to more trips and also recommend a trip of china to a large number of friends.

For making more trips to china you can keep on advising the places and itineraries we can plan. I think we can continue our correspondence.

You can plan to visit India and let me know and I can help you in that.

Here i must say that the river cruise needs improvement in China. I have been through river cruises around the world and this is based on my experience. The cruise has to improve on food by making a bigger mix(Not only Chinese food) and English communication. This is a genuine suggestion.

The trip will always be remembered by us.

Hello Linda,

We are now home from our very exciting holiday firstly on the cruise ship to Beijing and travelling thru part of China arranged by yourself.

Linda I wish to thank you and apologise for being sceptical of your arrangements (ie no documents in hand). At each destination the guide and driver was there to meet us, very pofessional, good English and fun to be with. All tours were very good and the small personal things we needed to know, our guides were able to assist. ie find us an internet site, where are the markets etc.

All in all it was a wonderful holiday, the Yangstz cruise was good, although the Snow Mountain was a bit old (yes I know you wanted us to go on another boat!) but we made some lovely friends, only 8 of us spoke English as 1st language, rest were German and Chinese. Hence we stuck to-gether. We loved Xian and wished we had one extra day there and one off Shanghai....too late. Also the business class seats were a surprise on the flight from Yichang/Shanghai, we saw that the flight originally booked had been cancelled, bit worring at first, but I had faith in you.

The shopping was very good even the shops had only winter clothes, I still had to buy a new suitcase!! Good buys for children.

If I hear of anyone else wanting to travel China I will give them your email, so thanks again for arranging such a wonderful holiday.

Hi Linda,

Now that I am home and have had a little time to reflect on my tour of China, I just wanted to write and thank you and your associates for my wonderful trip. My guides were all fantastic; beautiful, knowledgeable and professional, and when you speak to Mindy, Maggie, Tiffany and Sue give them all my thanks and best wishes. All the transportation, including the drivers and airline connections were perfect and the hotels and restaurants were better than I would have selected on my own.

I had many favorite parts of my tour, but I think I enjoyed Guilin, Longji and Yangshuo the most. These cities were more peaceful and I enjoyed the river cruise and touring the countryside. The Great Wall and Terra-cotta Warriors were impressive and I'll remember them the rest of my life. I also enjoyed the lunch in the Hutong very much. Grace, the Hutong guide was fun and able to answer all my questions. I even enjoyed many of the factory store tours, even though I wasn't very interested in shopping.

I really appreciate all the work you put into my tour to make it special for me. You did a fantastic job, and I'm really glad I got to met you in Guilin. Thanks again for returning the bag I left in your conference room to my hotel. I would be glad to share my experience with other travelers investigating your service. You have earned the highest recommendation.

I am well, thank you, and I hope that this letter finds you well too.

I had a lovely cruise on the Yangtze River. I won't be writting a travelogue about my adventures, but I am very pleased to tell you that I was very satisfied with the service provided by China Odyssey Tours. Ok, here you go:

Our experience in China started when we had to decide which tour agency to use, and I was not very sure that picking one through the internet was a very good idea, but we did not have the time to do it otherwise. So after checking some references from some of the agencies advertised on TripAdvisor I decided to request quotations from various agencies and reviewing in detail what they offered. I chose China Odyssey Tours because they gave me the best price and offered a few more services than the other agencies, like airport transfers. My experience overall in dealing with China Odyssey Tours is very positive. They were very flexible and try to accomodate to my needs and budget. The tour guides that were assigned to us were extremely helpful and polite. The hotels were exactly what I was expecting for what I paid, very good choices from China Odyssey Tours.

They were really quick to answer and solve some last minute changes I requested to the original itinerary once we were in China.

The other thing we requested and they respected it was that we did not want to be taken to shops or factories unless we wanted.

China is an amazing country, we really enjoyed our visit and would definitely recommend China Odyssey Tours to anyone.

Hi Linda,

We had a pleasant direct flight to Chicago arriving here at Sunday 3 p.m. ( China Time Monday 4 a.m.). It was an extremely memorable tour of China.

We enjoyed every bit of the tour and our experience of Chinese history, civilization, culture and artistic creativity of the Zhongguo ren ( Chinese people ) has been wonderful. China is a great country and we now know it more so after our visit of China.

We thank you very much for the tour, shows, arrangements of English speaking guides and transport that made our tour so comfortable and pleasant. Please convey our best wishes to the guides and drivers who were kind and friendly to all our needs.

We have taken lot of notes of our siteseeing in China. I intend to write a composite report when we get a rest from telling our relatives and friends how great and exciting a trip we had in China. Some are interested enough that they would make a trip of their own soon.
