This is a short feedback about our recent arrangement with your company in Shanghai.

Everything was as good as it could be, even the weather you are not responsible for. I would like to especially congratulate you on your ability to hire as wonderful guide as Sunnie was. She is just superb! Everything: work ethics, professionalism, command of English, and especially knowledge of and love for local history. The latter one was especially important for us as history and arts are the main focus of our travel interests.

Unfortunately I either forgot to ask or lost Sunnie's email address. Would you be so kind as to pass to her our appreciation and best wishes for the new year.

Meanwhile, I am already recommending your service and both guides we had - in Beiging last year and in Shanghai this year - to my friends who are consider travelling to your beautiful country.

Dear Jack,

Thank you for your Greetings.

We will be celebrating Christmas at home with a gathering of the family, daughters, their husbands, grandchildren and Great Grandma. It is a festive occasion and I am sure we will eat too much as usually happens, but will try and not drink too much, as the grandsons will want to have me out playing cricket or kicking a football.

We have spent a lot of time since returning from our wonderful China adventure visiting family, or I have been playing golf, despite my foot still injured. Still sorting through photos, which has been delayed due to computer PC crashing and needed to be replaced. When finalised, will send photos to you.

We again thank you and your Company for making our trip wonderful, and we have recommended you to everyone thinking about going to China.

We trust you and your family are well, and that the year ahead will be wonderful in every respect. Please keep in touch.

Hi Bruce,

Finally I have some time to write this. Life is busy since we arrived home and with Christmas coming, it's even busier.

We were exceptionally pleased with our travel with your company. We have travelled by private tour before for longer periods, but your company treated us exceptionally well. We were very impressed.

Everything we went to see and do was interesting, and all the guides were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Tony (Xian) is an exceptional guide. I have travelled to quite a number of countries and he is one of the best guides I have encountered. I was very impressed with his manner, professionalism, and intent for us to see as much as we could.

Lhasa was a particular highlight for us. Despite David getting altitude sickness, we both enjoyed this tremendously. Our guide and driver in Lhasa were also exceptional.

We met Lutz and Chris from Germany on the cruise. You had arranged their holiday also. We all agreed it was very easy to deal with you and we were happy with what we had received when we arrived home.

This holiday was to celebrate my 50th birthday. Instead of one day I had fifteen days of celebration. Every day something new for fifteen days.

Again, thank you so much for your professionalism, which was carried through by everyone from your company that we encountered on our visit.

We had a wonderful time in China and the trip you planned for us was just perfect. We enjoyed all the sights and the trip into the country was perfect.

I would come back in a minute if I could put a trip together. All my family felt the same way and we may try in a year or two.
