The highlight of this tour will be the hike along the Jinshanling and Simatai sections of the Great Wall.

 

                              Day-by-day Tour Itinerary

 Day 1 Arrive Beijing

Accommodations: Jianguo Garden Hotel
Transfer via: International Flight on your own arrangement
Upon your arrival at Beijing airport, our local guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free at your own leisure.

 Day 2 Beijing

Accommodations: Jianguo Garden Hotel
Meals: B,L,D
Sightseeing: Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven
Special Dinner: Peking Duck Dinner
Today you will first visit the historic Tiananmen Square, and then the magnificent Forbidden City. In the afternoon, you will marvel at Beijing's splendid Temple of Heaven. Enjoy a famous Peking Duck Banquet for dinner.

 Day 3 Beijing

Accommodations: Jianguo Garden Hotel
Sightseeing: Jinshanlin Great Wall,Simatai Great Wall
You will be driven to the Jinshanlin section of the Great Wall where you will hike to the Simatai section. You will return back to downtown Beijing in the evening.

 Day 4 Beijing

Accommodations: Jianguo Garden Hotel
Meals: B,L
Sightseeing: Summer Palace
You will be free to take a rest this morning. The local guide will pick you up to have lunch and then you will have a city tour to the exquisite Summer Palace.

 Day 5 Beijing / Departure

Accommodations: Jianguo Garden Hotel
Meals: B,L
Sightseeing: Hutongs
Transfer via: China domestic flight on our arrangement
After breakfast, you will visit Hutongs by rickshaw. Lunch will be served in one of the local people's home during the tour, when you can learn how to make dumplings. And then take the flight to your next destination.
