COT-CDT-04 3 Nights & 4 Days Amazing Chengdu and Jiuzhaigou Tour

Day 1

Upon arriving in Chengdu, your personal guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel for a rest before visiting the Sanxingdui Museums, and Wenshu Temple where you can spend some time sitting in its tea house to enjoy a cup of tea and absorb the special atmosphere of Chengdu. In the evening you will enjoy a delicious dinner of local Sichuan food.

Day 2

After breakfast, you will be escorted to the airport for your flight to Jiuzhaigou. After a 40 minute flight, you will arrive at Jiuhuang airport where you will be met by your local guide. The excursion on this day will be to Huanglong Scenic Area-65km away from the airport which is about 1-hour drive through Mt. Xueshanliangzi at 4200m altitude. Drive to Jiuzhaigou Town 2000m altitude (128km, about 2.5-hour drive back through Mt. Xueshanliangzi) after the tour, you will spend the night in Jiuzhaigou Town.

Day 3

On this day you will enjoy a tour to the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. The highest part is Long Lake at 3100m above sea level. You can then take the tourist bus to the top, then walk down part way and take the bus down the rest of the way.

Day 4

You will be free until your local guide escorts you to the airport for your flight to your next destination.
