Day 1 Depart from Sydney

Day 2 Arrival Ho Chi Minh City (D)
On arrival at Tan Son Nhat Airport, your guide will escort you to your hotel with private can/van. Free time to discover the city and have welcome dinner at local restaurant to try traditional delicious.

Day 3 Mekong floating market (B, L)
Leave at 8:00 from your hotel for Cai Be floating market where approximately 400 -500 boats filled with fruits, vegetables and other products anchor a long the banks of the river daily, wait for traders and customers. The merchandise sold in each boat is hung on a high pole in front of the boat as a sample to attract customers from a distance. Then, visit local garden and house to see orchard, rice crisped producing process, etc. After lunch, cruise along Tien river to see peaceful tranquil life of villagers, admire marvelous nature of Mekong Delta region. Arrive at Vinh Long Market at about 15:00 and walk around to explore Vinh Long Market. On the way back to Ho Chi Minh stop at bonsai garden. Come back to your hotel in the late evening.

Day 4 Hochiminh half-day city tour – Cu Chi Tunnels (B, L)
Breakfast at hotel. Then spend full day visiting the city: Ho Chi Minh City is the largest and busiest city in Vietnam with a population of 6 million people. Much of the daily life takes place on the streets, which are lined with shops, stalls and vendors with their wares spread out on the footpath. We start our tour with a visit to the Reunification Palace which was the former residence of the President of South Vietnam until end of April 1975. Close to this sight are some of the best French colonial structures including the Notre Dame Cathedral, the Old Saigon Post Office. Visit the Jade Emperor Pagoda, the War Remnant and the bustling Ben Thanh Market. Here anything and everything is for sale. Lunch at local restaurant. Afterwards we continue to the famous Cu Chi Tunnels, which were an incredible underground network constructed by Vietnamese fighters during the long struggle for independence. The tunnels contained hospitals, plus accommodation and schools, and were used as a military base for the Vietcong in the American war. Turn back to Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 5 Hochiminh - Dalat (B)
Morning is free at your own and then you will take short flight to Dalat. In the afternoon, transfer to visit Bao Dai’s Summer Palace, where the last Emperor of Viet Nam - Bao Dai stayed and ruled his Vietnam from 1949 to 1954. Continue to visit Domain de Marie Church, a French build, convent with remarkable architectural style and garden and the old railway station.

Day 6 Dalat-Nha Trang (B, L)
Today, you may get up later and walk around to breathe fresh air. Then your guide will meet you at your hotel and escort you to Nha Trang with private transfer. Enjoy panoramic views of the costal plains pine. Arrive at Nha Trang, you will check-in at your hotel with the assistance of your guide and the rest of the day is free at your own leisure to relax on the beautiful beach.

Day 7 Nha Trang free day (B)
One day is left for you to enjoy the leisure time here.

Day 8 Nha Trang-Danang-Hoian (B)
Take morning flight to Danang and your local guide will escort you to a tiny town---Hoian. Free time for you to take a walk to visit ancient town: Japanese covered bridge, some Chinese Assembly Halls, and typical Vietnamese houses of 18 century or just relax on the bank of Thu Bon River with local beer. The tailor-made clothes is a must at Hoian where some masters will give you big surprise with the classical skill passed from generation to generation, not only the local famous Aodai (traditional dress at Vietnam), but also a picture on the fashion magazine

Day 9 Hoian- My Son holy land (B, L)
Take a private car from Hoi An ancient town to Cham ruins at My Son, one of the world heritage sites of Vietnam. On the way back, stop at Cao Lau Ferry Boat to get on a boat back to Hoi an, visit Thanh Ha Pottery village & Kim Bong Carpentry village. Return to Hoi an in the afternoon.

Day 10 Hoian-Hue (B, D)
Take a private car from Hoi An ancient town to Danang through Hai Van pass and Lang Co beach and stop to visit Marble Mountain on the way. After lunch at your own, your guide will meet you at your hotel and drive to the Port to take a Dragon boat along the peaceful Huong River to Hon Chen Temple, Thien Mu Pagoda, King Minh Mang Tomb. Admire the beautiful landscapes and the sunset on the way back. Have dinner and enjoy Vietnamese traditional folk song on boat on Perfume River. Return to your hotel around 20.00 pm.

Day 11 Hue-Hanoi (B)
Start the tour with a visit to Imperial Citadel, one of the most attractive at Hue. Then take noon flight to Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, a vibrant city. Upon arrival at Hanoi, your local guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel. You will have free time to stroll around old quarter at your own.

Day 12 Hanoi-Halong (B, L, D)
Leave Hanoi at 8:30 for Halong Bay through the patchwork of rice paddies mile after mile, on arrival at Halong city at about 12:00. Upon arrival, get on a junk cruising around Ha Long Bay with a delicious local seafood lunch, passing Dog island, Incense Urn island, Ga Choi island, Finger island, Hoa Cuong Island and visit Surprise Cave and short swimming at Titov beach (if weather permitted). Have dinner on board and enjoy the night fishing. Overnight on board.

Day 13 Halong Bay-Hanoi (B, L)
In the morning, cruise to Bai Tu long Bay, Fire Island, Bo Nau Island, fishing village. Having lunch on boat and arrive at Ha long wharf about 12.00 noon. Back to Hanoi by car at around 16:00.

Day 14 Hanoi-Hochiminh-Sydney (B)
After breakfast at hotel, your guide will pick up you and drive to airport for flight to Hochiminh where you will have a connecting flight back to Sydney with Malaysia Airlines. Say "Tam biet" (goodbye) to Vietnam and take unforgettable memory and experience back home to share with your family and friends.
