A Marvelous Tour in China

It was a great pleasure to meet you the other day, and to see the offices of your company and the other young and enthusiastic members of the team. Thank you for all you have done for us. You couldn't have been more careful or helpful. Apart from the problems we had the first few days in Shanghai, everything went very well. The hotels were comfortable, the cars comfortable and safe, the drivers attentive and the guides very competent. They quickly became our friends, as well as giving us their professional services.

I failed to fill in an assessment form for our time in Xi'an. We had a marvelous time. Ellie, our guide was very good -- she spoke the best English of all our guides and went to a lot of trouble to make sure we had the best possible visit. We particularly appreciated the meal she arranged on the last day.

Having experienced the whole trip, we can see that the first few days in Shanghai were not up to the usual standards of your company -- the car was old and uncomfortable, and some of the restaurant meals, and at in particular, we were made to feel very unwelcome by the lady manager. This was such a contrast with the rest of our experience with China Odyssey Tours, from the days I first contacted you until now.

We would certainly consider using your services again and recommending you to our friends.
