Memorable Family Vacation in Shanghai

I am writing to express my gratitude to your staff for making my family's trip in Shanghai a memorable one.

Firstly, I would like to thank Mr. Sinba Guang for his very caring attitude and prompt response to my needs and requests. I started corresponding with him a few months before my trip as I was pretty unsure of how my itinerary should go with only 4 days/3 nights in Shanghai. I wanted to do do Hangzhou and Suzhou as well but I am glad to take Sinba's advice in doing just Suzhou because of the tight schedule. I will definitely return someday to visit Hangzhou.

I must say that Ocean Hotel was quite satisfactory. Although a little of age, the hotel was generally clean and our stay was pleasant. The buffet breakfast was good especailly the lean bacon! There was plenty to eat for the lunches and dinners, although we thought the food was a little more greasy.

Our tour guide Danny Wang Jiong and driver Mr. Xu took care of us well. I must say that Mr.Xu is a very skilled driver. Danny's explanation was food throughout the tour and he was pretty flexible in accomodating some minor changes in the program. We requested for a cruise down the Huangpu river and he took us there.

My only regret is that we didn't have enough time to walk the entire Nanjing Road. Maybe I'll visit it in my next trip.

I have no complaints about China Odyssey Tours and in fact, I am going to recommend your services to all my friends and family members.

Honestly, I was a little worried about paying ahead of time because I was doubtful about how COT would conduct its business. I am so glad that we took COT's tour as you have conducted your business in a very professional way.

My special thanks to Sinba who was obviously trying to make my trip in Shanghai an enjoyable one when he learned that I have had a horrible tour in Bangkok before.
