A Great China Trip

Karen Yang was magnificient. She took care of all the details, including a very late last minute hotel change just before we (Bishops) flew back to the USA. She checked on us enroute and tracked us to make sure all was well. We could not have asked for better service or more involved and friendly COT Contact person then Karen.

Our tour arrangements were superb. We executed the plan that had been worked out some six months and an earthquake or two before we traveled with absolutely no problems with transportation, meals scheduled, activities scheduled, guides, drivers, or any hotel arrangements.

We had one of 10 flights delayed by two hours and that was the only thing that did not happen exactly when and how it was supposed to be carried out. It was phenomenal. Every car/driver/guide was right there every time we expected.

I am certain that I speak for the Copelands as well here. We would be very pleased to most highly recommend COT to our friends or even people surfing the internet for information as to your service level and the relative economy of those services. From our experience COT and their associated tour companies in the other cities where COT does not have an office were just remarkably well organized, directed, and focused.

COT leads our list of tour companies and we have done an extensive amount of traveling to Northern Europe, South America, Mediterranean, Caribbean, and England. Well done all around and at all times.

The listing of tour guides and car drivers in each city could be a bit more exact. We never missed a beat with all of ours so there was no problem, however, I am not sure whom I would have called if the guide had not shown up at the correct time every time.
