Dear Violet,

I can summarize by saying all of my thoughts are favorable. I have a strong belief that you -- Violet Yuan -- are one of China's national treasures. Your competence, courtesy, and willingness to make every attempt to see that I had a good tour experience was, I believe, the major reason the trip was as enjoyable as any I have taken -- and I have roamed the world. I have no criticism of any aspect. One must expect, and be content with, for example, the fact that Hotel Niya in Minfeng will have no water, hot or cold, in the mornings! Even the fact that, using chop sticks, my food was as likely to go on the floor as in my mouth, resulted in no weight loss during the trip. I really can think of no way you can improve.I do wish, however, that there was some way ChinaOdyessy Tours could become better known. I am sure there are many Americans who would like to deal directly with a reliable tour company in China. I just don't travel if I can not have direct contact with those in a country who will be arranging my travel.
