Dear Linda,

Thank you for your email & my apologies for taking awhile to get back to you! Just to let you know, I am actually currently living in Shanghai although originally from Australia so I can understand why you thought I was back in Australia! :)

Thank you for helping me with our trip to Beijing. The tour went so smoothly and it was definately worth having our own private tour. We had a wonderful experience in Beijing - we were delighted with our tour guide Maggie - she is an exceptional tour guide, extremely knowledgeable on all the sites we visited, and had a happy, friendly personality. She had a knack for knowing when she was needed and also when we wanted our own time to browse especially at the lunch shopping sites we visited. I hope that China Odyssey appreciates the work that she does because she is just outstanding!!! :) It was very good to have our own airconditioned (thank goodness as it was so hot!) tour bus and the driver always dropped us off as close as he could. We loved all the sites we visited & were in awe at the architecture of each site. Our favourite part of the trip was climbing the Great Wall & reaching the 8th tower! I also liked the fact that the lunch sites we went to had shopping areas too. By the way, all the meals were delicious although we always couldn't finish the meals - too much food for only the 3 of us!!! :)

All in all, I would definately use China Odyssey Tours again and of course, I will be more than happy to refer family & friends to you in the future. You did an outstanding job in responding to all my queries and worries about the tour. And you were never perturbed when I made constant changes to the tour itinerary.
