Sculptures Erected inside Expo Park

Over 100 beautiful sculptures of various shapes were erected inside the Expo Park for the upcoming of 2010 Expo Shanghai on April 7, 2010.
The sculptures were selected by the Shanghai Expo Organizors from thousands of entries from a dozen countries over the past three years. Each sulpture is artistic gem and each of them presents one kind of cultures and the statues being erected in the Park symbolize the diversity and unity of different civilizations and cultures on the globe.
They were placed at the Expo entrances, beside the pavilions, on public squares, at the banks of the Huangpu River and the main Expo Boulvard. Visitors could enjoy the amazing Expo architectures and cultural performance, and they could also can appreciate the sulptures after touring the Expo pavilions.
The completion of sculpture erection also hints the approaching of Shanghai Expo.
