The Victoria Jenna will be the largest ship as well as of the highest passenger capacity of all vessels sailing the Yangtze River. The boat has 207 cabins (186 standard accommodations, 19 junior suites, 2 deluxe suites and 2 Shangri-la suites) and a crew of approximately 179. At a gross tonnage of 8,000, the five-passenger deck vessel will be 436 feet long, 54.4 feet wide, 50 feet high and feature a draft of 2.6 meters.

All cabins will have televisions with HBO and CNN broadcasts, private bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a private balcony so passengers can appreciate the magnificent views of the Yangtze River. The Victoria Jenna will feature two dining rooms (a single seating main dining room and an a la carte restaurant), a fitness room, lecture room (for talks about the river's history and lessons in Tai Chi, Mandarin language and Mah-jong), library/reading room, the Yangtze Club (theatre-style night club), cocktail lounge, beauty salon, gift shop, spacious observation deck, business center, Internet access, health clinic and an atrium lobby. The ship's décor is featured with a rich tapestry of colors, gleaming woods, sparkling chandeliers, and a combination of American, European, and Asian influences.

The Victoria Jenna will sail both upstream and downstream between Chongqing and Yichang, where is the highlight of the Yangtze River. Its operate dates on the Yangtze River will be scheduled soon.
