5 Days Expo 2010 Shanghai Suzhou Tour

Detail Itinerary

Day1 Upon your arrival at Shanghai, China's most cosmopolitan city, your personal guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to relax, or step out into this amazing city for an adventure on your own.

Day2 On this day you will visit the Shanghai Museum, where you will spend 2 or more hours marveling at its collections. Later in the morning you will immerse yourself in the peaceful atmosphere of the Jade Buddha Temple. In the afternoon, you will visit the Children's palace.

Day3 After breakfast, you will be escorted to the Expo site. You will have one day to explore the World Expo 2010 on your own before you are transferred back to your hotel. Standard Day Single Day Admission Ticket: Standard day ticket holders can enter the Expo area once on any day except for peak days.(from May 1 to Oct 31, 2010, excluding May 1 to 3, October 1 to 7 and October 25 to 31).

Day4 On this morning you will be driven to Suzhou (about 1.5 hours drive). You will arrive in Suzhou in the late morning with your local Shanghai guide and personal driver. Your tour in Suzhou includes: the quiet Lingering Garden and the Pan Gate. Enjoy the gentle breeze while cruise on the Grand Canal. Later visit the No.1 Silk Factory to learn how the pure silk products are made from a small cocoon. You will be driven back to Shanghai after your tour of Suzhou.

Day5 After breakfast, you will walk down the Bund along the Huangpu River and visit Nanjing Road, and then get a bird's eye view of Shanghai from the Jinmao Tower. After, you will be escorted to the airport for your flight to your next destination.

Recommended paid add-on show: Shanghai Acrobatic Show is a splendid performance showing the traditional Chinese performance art. It is breathtaking, spectacular, and unforgettable. It must highlight your nightlife in Shanghai.
