Day 1  Arrive Beijing
Transfer via: International Flight on your own arrangement
Accommodations: Jianguo Garden Hotel
Upon your arrival at the Beijing airport, your local guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to relax and recover from jetlag.

Day 2  Beijing (B,L)
Accommodations: Jianguo Garden Hotel
Sites visited: Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Hutongs, Jade Gallery
Unique Cultural Performance: Kungfu Show
On this day you will first visit Tiananmen Square followed by the magnificent Forbidden City. In the afternoon you will explore some of Beijing’s Hutongs by rickshaw and then visit Jade Gallery. In the evening you will enjoy a fabulous Kungfu show in the Red Theater.

Day 3  Beijing (B,L,D)

Sites visited: Sacred Road, Great Wall
Special Dinner: Peking Duck Dinner
You will visit to the magnificent Great Wall (Mutianyu section) and Sacred Road. In the evening you will be taken out for an incredible Peking Duck Banquet for dinner.

The Forbidden City is the Chinese imperial palace in Ming and Qing Dynasties. Here is a turret in it.
Great Wall
The Great Wall, a military defensive system in ancient China, is the eighth wonder of the world.

Day 4  Beijing / Xian (B,L)

Sites visited: Temple of Heaven
After breakfast, you will visit Beijing's spectacular Temple of Heaven and enjoy watching the locals doing their morning exercises before being escorted to the airport for your flight to your next destination-Xian. Upon arriving in Xian, your local guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to relax, or step out to discover what this amazing city has to offer.

You will visit the incredible life-size Terracotta Warriors and Art Ceramics Factory in the morning. After lunch, you will visit the Ancient City Walls and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda.

Day 6  Xian / Guilin (B,L)

Sites visited: Great Mosque
After breakfast, you will tour The Great Mosque and Muslim community before your guide escorts you to the airport your flight to your next destination-Guilin. Upon your arrival in Guilin, the most scenic city in China, your personal guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to relax, or step out into this dynamic city for a little adventure on your own.

The awesome Terracotta Warriors and Horses are made to guard the first emperor's afterlife.
Great Mosque
Great Mosque - one of the oldest and most renowned mosques in China.

Day 7  Guilin / Yangshuo / Guilin (B,L)

Sites visited: Li River Cruise, West Street(Yangshuo), Yangshuo County
After breakfast, you will be driven to Zhujiang Pier (40-minute drive) to start your boat cruise down the picturesque Li River, which is the highlight of any visit to Guilin, until you get to Yangshuo County. Along the river, you will be inspired by breathtaking views of peaks and pinnacles, crystal-clear water and picturesque pastoral views of rice paddies and water buffaloes. Visitors feel they have stepped into a traditional Chinese painting. In Yangshuo, after roaming through the famed West Street, you will be driven back to Guilin.

Day 8  Guilin / Shanghai (B,L)

Sites visited: Elephant Trunk Hill, Fubo Hill, Reed Flute Cave, Guilin South China Sea Water Pearl Museum
Today's excursion will bring you to Elephant Trunk Hill, Fubo Hill, Pearl Museum and Reed Flute Cave before your guide escorts you to the airport for your flight to your next destination-Shanghai. Upon your arrival at Shanghai, China's most cosmopolitan city, your personal guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel. On this day you will visit the Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Center, which chronicles Shanghai's past, present and future, then take a stroll through the Yu Garden. After, you can observe local people's life at the Yuyuan Market and immerse yourself in the peaceful atmosphere of the Jade Buddha Temple. In the evening you enjoy a wonderful Acrobatic Show.

Day 10  Shanghai / Hong Kong (B)
Transfer via: Internal Flight arranged by China Odyssey Tours
Accommodations: Regal Kowloon Hotel HK
Sites visited: Jinmao Tower, Nanjing Road, The Bund, Jiangnan Silk Workshop
After breakfast, you will walk down the Bund along the Huangpu River and visit Nanjing Road, Silk Workshop and then get a bird's eye view of Shanghai from the Jinmao Tower. Be transferred to the Pudong international airport for your flight to Hong Kong by Maglev Train. You will be amazed at the speed of its 430 km per hour speed. (Note: the driver will transfer your large luggage to the airport separately.) Upon your arrival at Hong Kong, a vibrant metropolis, our local guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free at your own leisure.

Yu Garden is the only ancient garden left in the modern metropolis of Shanghai.

Day 11  Hong Kong (B)

Breakfast - Each breakfast will be served in your hotel. Breakfast selections include both Chinese and Western dishes to meet every diner's taste.

Lunch - Lunches are normally arranged at the Chinese restaurants near the scenic spots. Your tour guides will order food according to your appetite. Most are Chinese dishes, and some are modified to fit westerners' tastes. A complimentary glass of beer or soft drink is served with lunch.

Dinner - Same as lunch. If you prefer to not eat Chinese food, China Odyssey Tours suggests you have dinner on your own. Your local tour guide can recommend some good western restaurants in the area.
