- Day 1-4 in Beijing
- Day 1
Upon your arrival at Beijing airport, your local guide will be waiting for you at the customs exit. Then you will be escorted to your hotel in a private vehicle.
The remainder of the day is free for your relaxation or a self-guided exploration of this dynamic capital.
Day 2Today your sightseeing begins with the historic Tiananmen Square. Heading north and walking through Tiananmen Gate, then you will enter Forbidden City. With a history of 600 years, it is home to 24 emperors of Qing and Ming dynasties featured with intricate halls and pavilions and imperial treasures.
In the afternoon marvel at the Temple of Heaven to appreciate the spectacles of this holy royal place of prayer. You could conclude your tour perfectly by trying the optional Peking Duck banquet in the evening.
Day 3In the morning, you will first visit the famous Badaling Great Wall, the most representative section of the Wall. Step by step along the old rampart, you will get to know why it symbolizes the enduring Chinese civilization. Breathtaking views can be enjoyed by hiking or taking a cable car.
Later, you will drop by a Jade Gallery and then stroll along the Sacred Road which is famous for its statues and examples of the emperors’ afterlife culture. The popular Kungfu Show provides a nice option for you at night.
Day 4On this day you will take a Hutong tour by rickshaw to explore the ancient alleys and narrow lanes where traditional daily life of old Beijing is still alive. En route, you will visit a local family, chat with the host and see the typical house of Beijing commons.
After the tour, you will be guided to Beijing airport for a flight to Guilin, China's most scenic city. Upon your arrival in Guilin, be met and escorted to your hotel.
- Day 5-6 in Guilin

Camera ready! Today you will take a cruise along the picturesque Li River, to be inspired by the breathtaking landscape of towering peaks, limpid waters, pastoral views of rice paddies, buffaloes and farmers working in the field.
Disembarking at the charming Yangshuo County and checking in hotel, you will cycle along Jima Road to breathe fresh air and immerse yourself in the authentic countryside life.
Evening is free, optional to enjoy the well-known Impression Liu Sanjie minority show.
Day 6Driven back to Guilin in the morning, you will tour the city symbol Elephant Trunk Hill, and then move on to Fubo Hill, a legendary hill overlooking the Li River.
In the afternoon explore Reed Flute Cave to see fabulously-illuminated stalactites, stalagmites and rock formations, and drop by a Pearl Museum.
- Day 7-10 Yangtze Cruise

On this day you will be free to pursue your personal activities until being escorted to the airport for your flight to Chongqing, the largest city in west China.
Upon your arrival in Chongqing, your local guide will meet and accompany you for a city tour including Erling Park, the ancient Huguang Gild Hall and Ciqikou Old Town. After the tour, you will be transferred to your Yangtze Cruise ship.
Day 8Wake up in the morning and step out of your cabin to enjoy the breeze and sunshine as well as the beautiful landscape of the Yangtze Valley on the deck. Sightseeing and entertaining become the themes of your journey.
Today you will take a shore excursion to Fengdu Ghost City, an ancient site famous for its statues and paintings of underworld demons and gods depicting Chinese ghost culture.
Back to your ship, you will take a rest and get prepared for the coming Welcome Dinner Party tonight.
Day 9In the morning, your ship arrives at the picturesque Lesser Three Gorges. You will take a sampan, a traditional Chinese wooden boat, to get closer to these natural wonders which unfold in front of you with clear water flowing fast through the gorges, sheer cliffs and steep mountains rising on either side to create one fine art gallery.
After that, you’ll return to your ship and cruise on. Onboard lectures on Chinese culture, or the ballroom would be nice place to spend the night.
Day 10Today’s morning excursion will take you to the world-famous Three Gorges Dam, the largest hydroelectric dam on earth. Huge constructions, advanced design and facilities, roaring sound of the water discharge, and beautiful surrounding views make it a must-see of Yangtze River.
Then you will disembark in Yichang where your local guide will pick you up and escort you to the airport for your flight to Shanghai. Upon your arrival in Shanghai, your personal guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel.
- Day 11 in Shanghai

Today you will visit Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Center, which chronicles Shanghai’s past, present and future.
Later, be taken to Yu Garden to appreciate the oriental gardening art comprised of traditional pavilions, rockeries, fountains, ancient trees and rare flowers. Out of the Garden, you will roam through the hustling Yuyuan Market to sample some flavorful local snacks, followed by a stop in a Silk Workshop.
In the evening, you will be escorted to the airport for the flight to Huangshan City (Tunxi). Upon your arrival in Huangshan, your local guide will meet and transfer you to your hotel.
- Day 12-13 in Huangshan

After breakfast, you will be driven to Huangshan Scenic Area, which is famed as “A Wonderland” or “Heaven on Earth”.
You will first take a cable car at Yungu Station to the mountain top. After check-in and lunch, you will view Brush Pen Peak and Lion Peak, tour the beautiful Xihai Grand Canyon and enjoy the sunset glow at the Cloud Dispelling Pavilion. Stay overnight at the summit.
Day 13Early rising rewards you with the magical Huangshan sunrise.
After breakfast, you will set out to Begin-to-Believe Peak to see the bizarre stone formations and pine trees wreathed in the spectral folds of mist.
Then you will take a cable car to descend the mountain and head to Xidi and Hongcun. Listed as a World Heritage site, the two villages inspire visitors with charming idyllic views, ancient Hui-style dwellings, peaceful lanes, long-held traditions and simple & happy countryside life.
After be transferred to the airport for a flight to Shanghai and check into your hotel.
- Day 14-15 in Shanghai

In the morning, you will walk down the famous Bund where you can see many historic colonial buildings along the Huangpu River, and stroll along the China’s No.1 shopping street, Nanjing Road, to select some souvenirs. Then ascend the Jinmao tower to get a terrific eagle’s eye view of the metropolis.
In the afternoon, you will come to the Jade Buddha Temple, a local citizens’ spiritual oasis in the midst of a vibrant city.
Evening is free or you can enjoy the sensational Acrobatic Show as an option.
Day 15It's time to say Goodbye to China. You will be free on this day until your personal guide escorts you to the airport for your flight to your next destination.
