Visit Dazu Rock Carvings.Among the rock carvings, there are more than 5,000 statues and over100, 000 Chinese characters of inscriptions and epigraphs.

Visit The Beishan Grottoes.You can see the graceful statue of Samantabhadra Bodhisattva, crowned as 'The Oriental Venus'. Rock carvings in this part reveal the common Buddhist faith.

Visit The Baoding Grottoes.Most of the carvings depict typical Buddhist legends or tales with strong religious meaning.

Today it offers a glimpse of the peaceful laid-back life in the Sichuan countryside and there are several teahouses that feature daily performances of traditional Chinese music.
