Day 1: Hi, Beijing
Welcome to Beijing, the dynamic capital of China! When you get out of the arrival hall, you will find your private guide who will be waiting for you with your name board and Odynovo logo. He/She will take you to your hotel for rest. After that, you will be free to recover from your journey.
Note: Alternatively, you may choose to enter China from Shanghai. Please kindly contact your personal travel consultant for the possibility before your tour.

Day 2: Beijing, Forbidden City
To get a better refreshment, you can start exploring Beijing city a little later today. Tiananmen Square will be the first. As the emblem of present China, almost all of the national commemorative events have been held here in the past 70 years. Later, continue to a glorious royal palace complex - the Forbidden City - serving as the political center of ancient China for more than 5 centuries. You can spend around 2.5 to 3 hours there and then return to your hotel for rest.

Day 3: Beijing, Great Wall
Today' highlight is the Great Wall. To avoid the crowds, the Mutianyu Great Wall will be a good option. You can take one cable car to get on the huge and historical fortification there, hike on it to enjoy the majestic scenery, then get down by another cable car and drive about 2 hours back to your hotel. En route, you may like to stop at Olympic Bird Nest and Water Cube for photography or break.

Day 4: Beijing, A Taste of Hutong Life
Continue your city exploration to the Temple of Heaven where Emperors visited annually to pray for a bumper harvest, followed by hutongs - narrow lanes with special brick-walled houses where Beijingers lived for generations, and the imperial summer resort - huge but exquisite Summer Palace. In hutongs, you will also meet a local people, see his crickets and grasshoppers warriors and immerse yourself in his stories about this popular game in the old days, while in the Summer Palace you may have a chance to take a dragon boat ride on Kunming Lake.

Day 5: Beijing - Xi'an
This leisure morning is for you to pack your luggage or do other exploration near your hotel on your own.
Take an afternoon flight to Xi'an and arrive in two hours. Your personal tour guide and driver will welcome you. Alternatively, you can take a high-speed train to Xi'an for about 5 hours.

Day 6: Xi'an, Terracotta Warriors
Meet the Terracotta Warriors and marvel at the grand array formed over 8,000 lifelike clay warriors, chariots and horses. Unearthed in 1974, it is regarded as the Eighth Wonders of the World. Your guide will share with you the stories behind this mighty army and its legendary master - Emperor Qin Shihuang. Late in the day, drive about 1 hour back to the city, have a relax stroll through Muslim Street and enjoy a shadow puppet show at Gao's Courtyard.

Day 7: Xi'an - Chengdu
Start the morning at the 600-year-old Drum Tower. If you're lucky enough, you may watch an ancient Chinese folk music performance there.
In the afternoon, take 4-hour high-speed train to Chengdu, and then meet another tour guide and driver who will accompany you through your journey in Chengdu.

Day 8: Chengdu, Giant Panda
Observing Giant Panda closely should be one of the most favorite things for kids. It is suggested to arrive at Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding before 8:30 am because pandas are more active than the rest of the day, and you can also see how they enjoy their breakfast.
After an enjoyable time with pandas, proceed to Wenshu Temple where you can spend time sitting in its tea house, sip a cup of traditional Chinese tea and enjoy the slow life of Chengdu. End the day with a short tour to Kuan and Zhai Alley before back to your hotel.

Day 9: Chengdu - Shanghai
Take an easy morning in Chengdu and then fly to Shanghai, the biggest and most fashionable metropolis of China. Be met and escorted to your hotel by your tour guide and driver. The rest of the day is yours for rest.

Day 10: Shanghai, City Sightseeing
Spend a full morning with your kids in the new Shanghai Natural History Museum, one of the best in its kind. Both you and your children will be amazed by its huge number of collections.
In the afternoon, explore old Shanghai by visiting a classic Chinese garden - Yu Garden, the Bund with the colonial style and former French Concession. Appreciate a wonderful Chinese acrobatic show with your family to spend the last night of your trip to China.

Day 11: Bye, Shanghai
Time to say goodbye. When you are ready, your guide and driver will pick you up and escort you to the airport for your homebound flight.
