- Day 1-4 in Beijing
- Day 1
Say Hello to China! When your flight lands in Beijing, your local guide is ready to meet you at the customs exit, holding a placard with your name. Then you will be escorted to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to recover from jetlag or to ramble around on your own.
Day 2In the morning, you will first visit the iconic Tiananmen Square, the world’s largest plaza. Walking through Tiananmen Gate, then you will enter the splendid Forbidden City. With a history of 600 years, this royal palace continuous delight visitors with imposing pavilions, elegant ornaments and lively historic stories.
In the afternoon, you will admire the Temple of Heaven, where emperors in ancient times worship Heaven for a good national harvest.
Day 3No China tour is complete without a visit to the Great Wall. You will visit Great Wall (Badaling section) today. Reputed as the 8th Wonder of the World, the wall zigzags its way though mountains, grasslands and deserts for 4000 miles in northern China. Hiking along the ancient wall provides you a chance to step back in history.
Later, with a short stop by a Jade Gallery, you will stroll along the Sacred Road, a tranquil royal path lined with various statues of divine beasts and officials.
Your evening is free with an option to taste the famous Peking Duck Banquet.
Day 4After breakfast, you will visit the exquisite Summer Palace. As a World Heritage site, it is an imperial summer resort famed for beautiful garden landscaping and fascinating legends of late Qing Dynasty.
In the afternoon, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Xian. Upon your arrival at Xian, a city with a history of 3,100 years, your local guide will be ready to meet and escort you to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to relax or to discover what the ancient city has to offer on your own.
- Day 5-6 in Xian

On this day you'll first visit the incredible Terracotta Warriors. As one of the most significant archeological finds in 20th century, these 6000 life-size terracotta soldiers and horses in battle formation have guarded Emperor Qin Shihuang's mausoleum for 2,200 years.
In the afternoon, you will tour the Ancient City Walls, the largest and best-kept city walls on earth. Strolling and cycling on the Wall is quite an experience. Then you will proceed to the age-old Bell Tower, a famous landmark of Xian.
Day 6Today you are free to relax or pursue personal activities until being escorted to the airport for your flight to Guilin, China's most scenic city. Upon your arrival, your local guide will will greet you at the airport and escort you to your hotel.
After a rest, you will head out to tour Elephant Trunk Hill, the city symbol of Guilin. Then you will drop by the Pearl Museum and visit Reed Flute Cave which is known as A Natural Palace of Art.

Li River Cruise, the highlight of any Guilin visit, will feature your tour today. Departing Zhujiang Pier in the morning, you will cruise downstream along Li River. En route-- oaring peaks, limpid waters, thriving groves, rice paddies and water buffaloes will make you feel like traveling in a traditional Chinese painting.
After disembarking at Yangshuo County and checking in hotel, you will be free to explore the age-old town and its famous West Street where you can have a rest and have a nice chat with locals. The fabulous Impression Liu Sanjie Show is a nice option for the evening.
Day 8In the morning, you will be free until your guide escorts you to the airport for your flight to Chongqing. Upon your arrival at Chongqing, the largest city in Southwest China, your local guide will pick you up and guide an essential city tour including Erling Park, Hongya Cave Folklore Street and Ciqikou Old Town. After the tour, you will be transferred to your Yangtze Cruise ship.
- Day 9-11 Yangtze Cruise

Your memorable Yangtze Cruise begins. Various activities onboard will expand your preparation for Yangtze exploration. Your ship will stop for a shore excursion at the famous Fengdu Ghost City where you can learn about China's afterlife culture.
After, you'll re-board the ship and continue your cruise. Usually there will be a welcome party hosted by the captain in the evening, this is the best chance to make new friends and be immersed in the staff's hospitality. So dress up and be ready to enjoy.
Day 10Besides the enchanting landscape along the Yangtze River, today's sightseeing will be highlighted by the shore excursion to Lesser Three Gorges. You will take a local sampan to enter the fabulous gorges. Deep gorges, green mountains, crystal waters, appalling cliffs, thriving groves and perhaps native wildlife make this excursion worthwhile. Back to your ship after the stop, the ballroom maybe an ideal place to party the night away.
Day 11Today the last shore excursion takes you to the Three Gorges Dam, the world's largest hydroelectric complex Mingled with local natural landscape, the Dam can boast as the newest scenic spot on the river.
After the Yangtze Cruise, you will be met by your local guide at the disembarking pier and transferred to the airport for a 1.5-hour flight to Shanghai, China's largest city. Upon your arrival at Shanghai, your local guide is ready to meet you and escort you to your hotel. The remainder of the day is free at your own leisure.
- Day 12-13 in Shanghai

On this day you will visit the Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Center, which chronicles Shanghai’s past, present and future, and then immerse yourself in the peaceful atmosphere of the ancient Jade Buddha Temple.
After drop at a Silk Workshop to learn about Chinese silk culture, you will take a leisurely walk in the beautiful Yu Garden, a masterpiece of Chinese traditional gardens, and sample some flavorful local snacks at the busy Yuyuan Market.
Day 13Today you will walk down the lively waterfront of Shanghai, known as “The Bund”, and then roam along China's No.1 shopping street, Nanjing Road, to find some souvenirs. Your tour concludes with a visit to the landmark building, Jinmao Tower, where you can get an amazing bird’s eye view of this “Paris of the East”.
Afterwards, you will be escorted to the airport for your flight to your next destination.
