DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of AUD 400 pp is required to secure your travel package reservation; the final balance is due 40 days prior to departure.
AIR TICKETING
Air tickets shall be issued 30 days prior to the departure date.
GROUP DEPARTURE
All holiday prices are quoted on the basis of a minimum number of 8 adults traveling together in twin share accommodation as stated on each tour.
We are providing a national guide for each group with 10 or more clients.
Should the minimum numbers not be met, China Odyssey Tours reserves the right to cancel, amend or re-cost the tour.
If China Odyssey Tours cancels the tour altogether, all received tour cost monies will be refunded in full.
ITINERARY AND ACCOMMODATION
On occasion it may be necessary to amend the tour arrangements due to operational necessity and we reserve the right to do so at any time (e.g. the airline may reschedule flight departures so the flights may not suit arrangements on the ground). We will contact the clients before clients departure, but we also have right to not contact clients if the corrections will not affect any regular itinerary and schedule.
