- Day 1-3 in Lhasa

Upon your arrival at Gonggar airport, you will be met by your local guide and transferred to the hotel in Lhasa city (2-hour drive). After checking into your hotel, rest in the afternoon to get adapted to the high altitude.
Day 2Your Tibet tour begins with the overwhelming Potala Palace. As an emblem of Tibet, it was the winter palace of Dalai Lama (Tibet’s commensurate pope) and the actual religious center of the region.
Every day many pilgrims from all over Tibet trek months and miles to worship their gods and pray for their blessing here. Brilliant religious architecture, sculptures and paintings can be fully-admired here.
In the afternoon, visit the centuries-old Jokhang Temple, the holy spiritual center of Tibetans, and walk the circular pilgrim route with local followers at Barkhor Street.
Day 3Today you’ll tour the enchanting Norbulingka Park, which is known as Tibet’s Summer Palace, see the training place of Dalai Lama at the historic Drepung Monastery, and then proceed to the Sera Monastery to appreciate the unique Buddhism scripture debating culture.
You will see the daily life of the devoted monks and discover how they enjoy their simple life in these ancient monasteries.

Today you will be taken to Lake Nam Co to enjoy the intoxicating plateau's natural scenery at the sacred, Nam-tso Lake, the world's highest saltwater lake.
Majestic snow-capped mountians towering into clouds, turquoise-blue waters immersed with blue sky in the far, well-dressed divine yaks, common Tibetans proceeding their ceremonies comprise of a incredibly harmonious paradise of nature and human beings.
Be escorted back to Lhasa after the tour.

You will have a free day to pursue your personal activities in Lhasa until being escorted to the airport for your flight to your next destination.

It is the main Kora (pilgrimage circuit) and commercial center of Tibet, where you can not only bargain for all sorts of Tibetan goods which are rarely seen elsewhere in the world, but also witness the well preserved Tibetan traditional features and local lifestyle.
About 112 km NNW of Lhasa, with 4,718 meters above the sea level and a surface area of 1,870 square km, it is the highest lake of its size and the biggest salt water lake in the world, and entitled "Heavenly Lake"; along with Lake Yamdrok and Lake Manasarovar, it is respected as one of the three holiest lakes for pilgrimages.
With intoxicating beauty and romantic legend, it is a shimmering crown of Tibet.
