Easy steps to book a Yangtze River Cruise

Booking a Yangtze River Cruise is easy with China Odyssey Tours.

Browse the web pages to learn about the cruise routes, compare the ships, and the cruise rates; and don't forget to read the Yangtze Cruise FAQ to get your questions answered.

Go to the online inquiry page, submit your general requirement and your contact information to us. One of our online travel consultants will reply to you in 23.5 hours (often in 10 minutes to a couple of hours). We will tell you what's available, a final price (often more discount is available), and a sailing itinerary.

If you need to arrange for hotels in Chongqing or Yichang, local transfers, flights, even arrangement in all the other places in China, you may also tell your travel consultant who will give you detailed proposals and prices.

When you get a final solution from your travel consultant, you need to pay a deposit of RMB2000 per person to secure the booking. We accept credit card payment (by faxed authorization letter), wire transfer, or Western Union transfer. If your booking is less than 30 days prior to the sailing date, you are required to pay the full cruise fare. Please read our terms and conditions including cancellation policy.

As soon as we get your deposit or payment, we will start the operation and then get back to you with a confirmation letter in one or two days. There is no coupon needed to get onboard. You just need to print out the confirmation letter and take it with you.

Because the ships do not have fixed pier to park in Chongqing, Yichang and Wuhan, we strongly suggest that you book a local transfer with an English speaking tour guide from us. If you do not have a guide, you might easily get lost and not be able to find the right place to get onboard.
7.
When arriving in Chongqing, Yichang or Wuhan, our local tour guide will take you to the right pier to get onboard. At that time you just need to show your passport to the front desk to check in. Your name will be already on their room list. But remember, in most occasions we can not provide the room number in advance.
8.
Well, the next thing is just to enjoy the sailing and go to see the world biggest Three Gorges Dam!
