Because of the shallow water level in downstream for shiping, we arrange bus transfer for you to go to Wuhan, please meet in at reception after hearing the disembarking announcement. The whole bus ride will take you around 4 hours.Thank you for your understanding! Hope you have a good trip!

GRATUITY CUSTOMS:

CREW: Gratuities for our service staff may be put in the locked Crew Gratuity Box by the Cashier at check out time. This benefits all service staff from the laundry to the kitchens to the band members and more - over 140 people, plus the deck hands who clean the outer areas daily. Suggested rate is USD 7-9 per guest per cruise day.

RIVER GUIDES (Natalie, Jackie) : Our River Guides work independently of Hotel Staff & Ship Crew and are responsible for the River Briefing, the outside on-deck narration, arrangement of cultural programs and translations while on board, for hosting all shows, and other behind the scene arrangements. Gratuity for our River Guides should be given to them directly or put in the crew box in aa sealed envelope with their names written on it.
