Day 3: Ferry to Macau & Discovery of China's Vegas
Macau, also known as the "Las Vegas of the East" is renowned for its thriving gaming industry and abundant non-gaming entertainment facilities. As a former Portuguese colony, it also carries cultural imprints interwoven with Portuguese and Chinese influences.
Today, you will take a one-hour cruise to reach Macau and commence your city tour with a panoramic view from the Macau tower. Then come the lively Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro, visiting Senado Square and the iconic Ruins of Saint Paul's - the remnants of a 17th-century Catholic religious complex, where you'll hear the historical stories behind the ruins. Your exploration continues to the A-Ma Temple, providing insights into ancient Chinese religious culture. Finally, you will explore the Taipa Houses-Museum, delving deeper into the colonial-era culture.
Afterward, be dropped off at your hotel for an overnight stay in Macau.

Day 4: Free Time in Macau & Self-Transfer Back to Hong Kong
Today, you will have free time in Macau, allowing you to enjoy the diverse entertainment facilities within the Integrated Resorts. In the late afternoon, you will independently take the hotel's shuttle bus or a bus to the pier and board a ferry to return to Hong Kong.

Day 5: Lantau Island With the Big Buddha
Your exploration journey of Lantau Island begins with a ride on the Ngong Ping 360 cable car, where you can enjoy the scenic views of the mountains and the South China Sea. Afterward, pass through various handicraft and Buddhist supply shops in Ngong Ping Village and visit the Tian Tan Buddha, constructed with 250 tonnes of bronze, and the nearby Po Lin Monastery. After a Buddhist vegetarian lunch, continue to the Wisdom Path and take in the inscriptions on the 38 giant wooden columns.
If time and weather permits, you may take an optional tour to Tai O Fishing Village with your guide, either by local bus or taxi, to appreciate the stilt houses of the locals. You can also indulge in seafood snacks in Tai O or take a boat trip to spot the pink dolphins.
