• Day 1: Xi'an 4hrs/9hrs Sidecar Trips

  • The Craftsmen Tour (4hrs)
    Get to the trip start point - Banpo International Art Zone - by yourself (or private transfer service, extra fee required)
    Operation time: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm or 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm
    Stops: 3 to 4 stops in the specified itinerary
    Recommended To: Freshly arrived people who want an introduction of the Chinese rural life

  This Craftsmen Tour is a special experience to see the rural life of Xi'an as well as the hidden treasure of this historic city. You will enjoy riding up on a plateau to drive through old villages which are typical northern Shaanxi villages. Pay a visit to traditional craftsmen for knowing more about those local artists' lifestyle. Continue to have a cup of tea in some inhabited cave dwellings. After that, the tour will be finished after driving back to Xi'an art zone.

   

  The Thousand Buddha Tour (9hrs)

  Stops: 5 to 6 stops in the specified itinerary
  Recommended To: People who are willing to have a whole overview of Xi'an countryside and see specific attractions

  The Thousand Buddha Tour is more like a trip to discover gems of this ancient capital. Different like the typical path for normal tourists, you will get touch with a different Xi'an from driving through typical old villages on Northern Shaanxi Plateau, see local markets and farming there and enjoy lunch and wine tasting at a remarkable vineyard. Continue your exploration to a temple where thousands of priceless Buddhist sculptures have stood untouched for centuries. The last stop is a short visit to some inhabited cave dwellings. After that, the tour will be finished after driving back to Xi’an art zone.

  The Warrior Ride offers you an insider view of the Xi'an Terracotta Warriors. You will not only know how this wonder was discovered but also get close distance to see how the Chinese weapons made. It begins from a visit to a surprising blacksmith who is still using the ancestral method to forge Chinese traditional weapons. Continue to escape into the mountains and enjoy lunch as well as beautiful scenery there. Follow by a stroll to Taoist temple on the way to the world acclaimed Terracotta Warriors - one of the most significant archaeological excavations of the 20th century. After a stop in some inhabited cave dwellings, the tour is ended after driving back to Xi’an art zone.

  Important Notes:
  

  • Considering the road condition, one sidecar will include 2 persons only (1 driver + 1 passenger). The passenger in the bassinet (No. 3 seats).
  • Our tours start from Banpo International Art Zone (Fangxijie 238, subway line 1, Banpo station, exit C, 250 meters South). Other starting points are possible and cost an extra fee (CNY 300). 

  What to Bring:
  

  • Warm season: (Jun-Sep) Long sleeve shirt, flat shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen, mosquito repellent and a fully charged camera
  • Cold season: (Oct-Apr) Winter coat, flat shoes, sunglasses and a fully charged camera Our helmets and raincoats are at disposal all the year round.
