What Our Clients Say
Why Private Tours
- Your Own Party, Guides & Transfer
If you and your party purchase a "private" tour, you won't have to share the experience with anybody else. At every step, you'll have access to knowledgeable local guides who can fill in the blanks in your understanding. A private car will be used for every stage of the trip. Your trip, beginning with your arrival at the airport and ending when you have dropped off again, will be completely stress-free and enjoyable.
- Hand-picked Hotels & Restaurants
We're well aware of the need of maintaining a healthy diet and getting enough rest when traveling. In order to provide you with a wide range of options, we take the time to carefully assess each location and choose a wide range of high-quality hotels and restaurants every year. Our goal is straightforward: to provide you with the convenience and coziness of home while you are away from it.
- Travel with Full of Flexibility
When taking a private tour, you can expect individualized attention focused on your specific needs. You can travel with complete peace of mind and just have fun, as everything about your vacation is being handled. Simply tell your tour guide what you're most interested in seeing and what you'd rather skip entirely, and he or she will adjust the schedule accordingly.
4 Travel Types for Private Japan Tours
- Private Car + Chauffeur Guide (P) In this mode, we will arrange a private tour guide for you and the guide will be your driver at the same time. It means that you can customize your itinerary based on your interests and schedule. This way can only be arranged in major tourist cities, such as Tokyo, Kyoto and Sapporo, etc. If you want private transfer and private guide, this will be the most affordable way. Also, it is more recommended for groups of 4 to 6 people.
- Private Car + Driver (D) There is no tour guide if you choose this type. We will arrange a private car and driver for you and your group. Your driver can only speak basic English and is responsible for driving, so you need to visit attractions on your own and control the pace of the trip. Its cost is less than traveling in the mode of P (private car + chauffeur guide). If you want a private transfer and don't need other guide services, or travel in a remote area where English-speaking chauffeur guide is not available, this will be a choice.
- English-speaking Tour Guide + Local Transportation (G) It is also a private tour since you have a private tour guide. However, you need to take public transportation when traveling from one site to another, such as the metro and bus, etc (taxi is not on the list). It is a good way to experience local life, but you may spend more time on the road. Besides, due to local customs, the guide will not chat with you on the metro/bus. The G type will be the best choice if you want the most economical private tour, and it is only recommended in the major cities with a highly-developed public transportation system. Please note that this type of trip is not recommended for groups with young children or the elderly because it may involve many walks.
- Private Car + Driver + Tour Guide (T) In this mode, we will arrange a private vehicle with a private driver and tour guide for you and your group. If you have an adequate budget and want the most comfortable trip, or if you have 7 or more people in your group, it will be the best way.
