Hello, I am Leo Huang, your travel consultant from China Odyssey Tours. As a TC, I have helped more than 200 happy tourists to create beautiful memories in China. My service window is opened for English-speaking people from all over the world, now and forever. Dear Leo;
We just want to thank you for the wonderful experiences in China that was made possible by China Oddessey Tours. Our trip ended on 27 November and we are back in the full swing of things.
We really enjoyed it thoroughly and want to congratulate you and all our wonderful guides and drivers on the arrangements. We were treated so well and learned so much from each of them. Special thanks to Michael in Shanghai, Fei in Guillin (Especially with the help with the bike-ride), Richard in Xi'an and Richard in Beijing. They all bent over backwards to accomodate our special needs and iternerary.

Hi Leo,
We just arrived safely home in Melbourne, Australia, today. Sorry we missed your calls to us in Xian, a problem with our phone I think.
We would just like to say that we were very happy with everything China Odyssey arranged for us. The drivers and guides, Richard in Beijing and Gloria in Xian were just fantastic.
They were flexible, very helpful and very attentive to our needs. We had a fantastic trip to China and would gladly recommend China Odyssey to any friends who might consider visiting/holidaying in China.

Here we are safely home again after a long and tiring journey.It has taken us a few days to recover from the jet lag.

At each destination we were met by your faithful guides and drivers. I just wanted to say, thank you very much for organising the Yangtze Cruise for my mother in law and her friend. They really enjoyed themselves. I recently accompanied Ruth Mamunes on tour through Shanghai, Wuxi, Suzhou and Hangzhou which you arranged. I wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed it. It was perfectly paced. I especially enjoyed the gardens and found the Buddha in Wuxi awesome. The tour guides were excellent and personable; we enjoyed meeting them and learning from them.

Thank you so much for your GREAT service. I was skeptical about your company at first. I just found it on the internet, and as you are aware, it could be almost anything or worse nothing real. VERY QUICKLY YOU SET MY MIND AT EASE. YOUR QUICK, PROFESSIONAL RESPONSES WERE MORE THAN ASSURING.
It was such a joy working with you. The trip was good and your following up with us during the trip was so nice and professional. We had good guides especially in Tibet and Shanghai. The vehicles were nice. The hotels were also.
Suggestions after the trip:
Avoid "tourist" type restaurants. Even the small local restaurants were MUCH better for us. The food was the weakest part of our very special trip. I would have paid more to improve in this area. (Exceptions were the breakfasts. They were VERY GOOD)
We had too many temples to visit. We would have preferred to NOT visit Special shopping stores. A visit to local shopping or other sites would have been better for us. We would have loved to have taken the train to Tibet.
None of these suggestions are your fault!!! We just did not know what we would have liked. You, Leo, were so great to work wi th. I would love to recommend YOU and your company to anyone. We felt treated like very special people.We will not forget you. Thanks so much!

It is nice hearing from you. I will gladly provide you great references. Our guides are Marco and Lisa and they both were very nice, considerate, and experienced. They showed us every courtesy and kindness. They were very knowledgeable and thorough.
It was a wonderful trip and one that we could have never accomplished without you and your people. My sincere wishes are to return one day to China. When we do, there is only one company we will call and that is China Odyssey Tours.

Hi, Leo,
Thanks for all your assistance in arranging the just completed six-day Beijing-Xian tour for Carol Frescoln and me.
I am sorry about our early Saturday morning November 8 call to your cell phone concerning a revised arrival flight schedule later that night. We thought our message would be recorded without disturbing you.
We greatly enjoyed the tour direction provided by Summer in Beijing and Gloria in Xian. Both ladies were very helpful and considerate. It was also a delightful surprise when Summer met us at Beijing Airport upon our return from Xian to lead Carol and me between passenger terminals. Overall, we had a great time, met many friendly people and learned much about China. I will recommend China Odyssey Tours to anyone who is considering a visit to your country.
As heard during a English language Chinese Central Television (CCTV)- Channel 9 interview show, I now better understand that anything is possible in China. Good luck to you and your company. Thank you again.

Dear Leo,
I feel sorry that I have not responded more quickly after returning home.
I have been telling all my friends about the fantastic service we received from staff at China Odyssey Tours , and their local agents in the other cities we visited.
The trip was arranged to the dates we needed to come, visiting the places we wanted to go to and the specific sights we had identified.
The itinerary was totally personalized, with a guide driver and nice car waiting for us at each airport or train station at which we arrived, whisking us to excellent hotels, and enjoying great food.
Although we had prepared an intensive itinerary, it didn't feel like it because of the quality of the accommodation and the guides we had.
Even when we decided to change one of the parts of the journey which we had asked for , a long train ride, and go instead on a flight, your organization was able to accommodate that change for us.
Thanks for the great service, and we would recommend your organization to all.

Hi Leo,
Just writing to thank you for the fantastic time I spent in China, it was good to meet with you in Guilin and thanks again for dinner, it was nice to put a face to the name.
I hope I filled your form in to your satisfaction..
I was really happy with all aspects of my holiday. I couldn't pick a fault in any of the plans or arrangements or execution of them. All the guides were well prepared, punctual, courteous and helpful (quick thank you to Andy in Shanghai for going out his way to get me a plug adaptor that I callously forgot to bring), and a special mention to Ellie in who made my time Xi'an the highlight of my trip. I am now seriously considering visiting China again, keep up the good work guys!
Please find some attached photos for the customer pages, they are resized versions(smaller) if you want higher def versions of any of them for other parts of your site please just ask. I have missed out any of the great wall, the big buddha statue on lantau island and Macau, If you like I will send more/some in a future mail.
PS For the ladies in your office I've also attached a couple pictures of me and my brother in a 'kilt' at his wedding.

Dear Leo,
I am writing this letter to express our greatest gratitude for our wonderful tour of China! You did an outstanding job setting our tour in motion. We are bragging about your hard work to all of our friends!
We want you to know the itinerary was thorough as we experienced far more than we expected. I am working on a picture scrapbook currently trying to recapture all that we saw in those 9 days. I just wish I could share it with you and all of our kind tour guides.
The way you set us up in wonderful comfortable hotels, the food - it was just amazing.
Most importantly, the way you stayed in contact with me while the credit card thing went haywire- we appreciate your hard work very much!
Our tour guides were excellent! First, they were all so smart, perceptive, and full of information.
Alice was warm, personable and eager. Ellie was ambitious, funny, and personable. Michael was so kind and patient, extremely capable at maneuvering us around. We totally enjoyed each one, and have the highest praises for each! Our drivers did an amazing job getting us around as well. We were so thankful that they did their job so effortlessly.
Please pass this information on to whomever it is that is their boss. You may give them my email address in case they want more information. I am a believer if people work hard and do a good job, someone should say something!

Recently my friend and I took a cruise on the Yangtze River. I was very pleased with Leo Huang's service.
He responded promptly to all of my e-mails and I did send a lot! He was very courteous and patient, taking time to answer all of my questions and sending extra information as well. We do not speak Chinese so he sent us notes to give to people so they could understand what we wanted. It ended up being a personalized tour with english speaking tour guides meeting us in each city along the way. This worked well. The travel arrangements that he made were great. We had a very relaxing cruise on the President 5 cruise ship. There was a nice mix of Western and Asian people all of whom were very nice. I would certainly recommend your services to anyone who wishes to visit China.

We had a very good trip to China and Tibet July 14 -24, 2007. Our guide in Tibet, "Jim" was very good. We liked him very much. His driver was also very careful and polite.
The people in Xian who came several times to our hotel to help with the Tibet Visa were also very nice and helpful. Everything worked out perfectly.
I only wish I had you arrange our visit to the Terracotta Warriors as we had a very crazy and dangerous taxi driver who scared us with his fast driving in the rain. I'm sure someone working for you would have been more careful.
I will not hesitate to reccommend you to anyone traveling to your part of the world.
If we make another visit to China I will contact you.

Just a note to say a big thank you to you & your Company for making our trip to China, a most memorable & enjoying holiday. The 24 days trip went by so smoothly and without any hitch.
We are pleased to meet you in Guilin which is one of the cities where we enjoyed most. Your guides & drivers have been very helpful and had on many occassions gone out of their way to assist us with many things (except the driver in Hangzhou - although he did eventually assist us in his own way).
All in all, we had a great time and thanks again for your input. We are looking forward to return to China very soon and hopefully bringing with us more families & friends. I will be recommending your Company to anyone interested to visit China.

Dear Mr Huang
I wanted to thank you for providing us a wonderful tour in China. I have heard that you thought we had a bad experience with the hotel in Xi'An but that's wrong: everything was fine.
The only problem we had was that we did not know at what time the train arrive in Chongqing (we thought it was the 28th of August in the evening but it was the 29th, early in the morning: this information was not written on the planning). Plus we had to wait all day long in Chongqing without anything planed while waiting for the embarkation on the Yangzi Cruise Boat. But Joan (our local guide) made it a really pleasant day: after having lunch in a hot pot restaurant, we visited the zoo to see the panda, Eling Park and the old city gate.
I have read in the document you send to my mother that you might want to have our impression on the tour and maybe several pictures. So as I wrote it, it was a wonderful tour! Our local guides were very good (English speaking and presentation of the cities), especially Viviane in Beijing.
