	Dear Family and friends, I will try not to boar you all with our trip so will just send little peaces at a time. We arrived in Beijing on July 16 after leaving Edmonton on July 15. After clearing customs we connected ton Air China to Chongqing , arriving there in the later evening. From the Airfare to Chongqing to arriving back in Beijing on July 22 was part of our tour. Hi Susan,

Yes, we are safely back at our daughter's and son-in-law's home in Korea.  We enjoyed the trip very much.  Because of my wife's injured foot and my injured knee, having private tour guides and drivers made the whole trip possible.  All the connections worked out perfectly.  The guides in Shanghai in particular were exceptionally good and your help was marvelous.  We will complete your post-trip questionnaire when we receive it from your customer service department.

Sorry for my late response but I have been very busy since we came back and after such a great holidays.  I really appreciate all your help in order to help us experience an unforgettable travel.  Jessica in Guilin was someone important to highlight as if I were asked to highlight someone from such terrific guides, she deserves a special place, just for you to know, followed by Joe, our first guide in Shanghai.
 
I still have lot of work in terms of selecting the best photos from the more than 3,500 photos we took in total, so you can imagine that I still have not been able to resume the best of the trip in terms of a photo album or something like that; however, let me share a couple of photos with you so that you can put a face on us.
 
On the other hand, a last favour I would like to ask you: as we are members of Sky Team, which is an airlines alliance which has members mile program, I wonder if you could provide us some proof of the etickets you might have received, as we would need them in order to acumulate the miles of those trips on our accounts.  Airlines included in sky team are China airlines, China Eastern and China Southern, so flights tthat were carried out via any of those airlines are helpful to us.

Hi Susan,

Forgive me for not writing earlier. We have been trying to recover from our travels as it was a long trip all total and 30 hours to get home. But we are now back to normal.

I have just completed your questionnaire for Odyssey and gave your incredibly high marks for your expertise and extremely impressive customer service. We are so lucky to have had you creating our itinerary and working so carefully with us.  You are superb at what you do and we are grateful.  From our long correspondence to the actual trip, we feel that we had the very best advice, accommodations, guides, drivers and overall experience. It was wonderful!

As you know, I was dismayed by the lack of cleanliness at the Terra Cotta Soldiers restrooms.  I know this upset Winnie, but feel it is important to offer feedback in any given business situation. I fear she took it personally, which it was not intended to be.

Please know that all 4 of us had an extremely wonderful time and enjoyed all the many aspects of our trip. Your guides were terrific - well versed and accommodating with the best tour guide knowledge and demeanor. Let me know if you ever want a letter of recommendation for a prospective visitor.

Thank you a million times over. China is now part of a wonderful memory upon which we will reflect for a lifetime.

Hi Susan,

Just a quick note to say thank you so much for our well organised and very pleasant holiday organised by your company.   I would like to extend my warm congratulations to our guides, Robert Lee in Beijing, to Bai (Kenny) in Xi'an and to Chris in Shanghai.  

It was amazing to see and experience your culture and history and among the highlights were the Great Wall, the Forbidden City, The Terra Cotta Warriors, the Lingering Gardens, Pandas and many many other incredible sights! 

Please extend our sincere thanks to Robert, Bai and Chris, they were very friendly and professional as guides and in making our trip a memorable and happy experience!

Thanks also to you for making the arrangements so easy.  Our holiday to China is one we will never forget and we have a new appreciation for your incredible history and culture.

Hi Susan,

I just wanted to let you know that my family and I had a wonderful time on the tour. Kenny was a terrific guide and the driver was very good too. We enjoyed seeing all of the sights and hearing about the history of Xian. Kenny was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We will definitely use China Odyssey Tours for our next adventure and will tell our friends. Your company made it so much easier for us traveling with small children.

Hi Susan,

Thanks for you note. We had a wonderful time. Toby was a great guide and very informative. He was on time, very helpful with lunch spots and shopping for DVDs we were trying to find.

The only area of concern was when the driver took me to the airport he was dialing his phone and making phone calls. I asked him not to and he abided but it is a safety risk to drive and talk on the phone.
