• Day 1: Chongqing Arrival

  Welcome to Chongqing, one of China's vibrant cities!

  Upon arrival, your guide will escort you to your hotel. In the evening, discover the city on your own to savor its charm.

• Day 2: Chongqing City Discovery

  Feel the vibrancy of Chongqing at Huangjueya Old Street. The towering buildings stand as testaments to the city's past, while street art and creative culture reveal its modern pulse. Here, you can also catch panoramic views of the city rising by the Yangtze River. Stroll along Huangge Ancient Path, a historical route once used by merchants. Witness the marvel of modern engineering at Liziba, where a monorail passes directly through a residential building.

  In the afternoon, explore the Stilwell Museum, which is dedicated to General Joseph Stilwell's contributions during WWII. In the late afternoon, stop at Hongya Cave, an iconic riverside complex with traditional architecture, culinary delights, and dazzling night views. After that, enjoy an authentic hot pot dinner, known for its spicy butter soup and fresh ingredients.

• Day 3: Yangtze River Cruise From Chongqing

  Board a coach bound for Fengjie, with a scenic stop at Chongshou Puti Ancient Town along the way. Take time to explore this charming riverside town and enjoy lunch on your own before continuing the journey.

  Upon arrival in Fengjie, set out to explore the White Emperor City and Qutang Gorge Scenic Area. Marvel at ancient temples, cliffside inscriptions, and the breathtaking gorge that inspired poets and emperors alike.

  In the evening, transfer to your hotel for check-in and enjoy free time to explore Fengjie at your own pace. Dinner is on your own.

  For those interested, an optional evening performance of "Return to the Three Gorges" is available. This immersive cultural show offers a spectacular retelling of life along the Yangtze River.

• Day 4: Yangtze River Cruise to Yichang

  Board the ship in the morning and continue to visit the picturesque Yangtze River. Enjoy the themed performances and capture the famed landscape featured on the back of the ten-yuan banknote - a dramatic meeting of towering cliffs and winding river that's as photogenic as it is historic.

  Conclude your voyage in Yichang in the afternoon. After checking into the hotel, explore Yichang city at your pleasure this evening.

• Day 5: Private Transfer to Zhangjiajie

  In the morning, depart for Zhangjiajie by private vehicle, enjoying scenic countryside views along the way.

  Reach Zhangjiajie in around four hours, you'll head to the hotel for check-in. Take advantage of the leisure time to gather energy for your explorations tomorrow.

• Day 6: Zhangjiajie National Forest Park

  Discover the cinematic landscapes that inspired Avatar. Board the Ten-Mile Gallery mini train for a scenic ride through mystical karst formations. Ascend Yuanjiajie via the Bailong Elevator, the world's tallest outdoor lift, to witness the ethereal First Bridge Under Heaven, a natural rock bridge suspended between two cliffs.

  Marvel at the famous Avatar Hallelujah Mountain, a towering sandstone pillar shrouded in mist, and explore the Back Garden, a hidden area known for its whimsical rock formations. Don't miss Mihun Stage, a high platform offering sweeping views of the landscape. Continue to Tianzi Mountain, where jagged peaks rise above a sea of clouds, offering spectacular scenery. A one-way cable car ride ensures a comfortable descent, with stunning aerial views of the rugged terrain.

• Day 7: Hike in Greenery and Explore Karst Cave

  Begin with a half-day hike along Golden Whip Stream, a forest trail famed for its fresh air and lush scenery. Keep an eye out for playful monkeys and enjoy calming sound of flowing water.

  In the afternoon, explore Yellow Dragon Cave, an expansive karst cave system renowned for its stunning stalactites, stalagmites, and underground rivers.

  After the visit, you may choose to enjoy the Charming Xiangxi performance (own account) in the evening. This captivating show brings to life the history and traditions of local ethnic groups through vibrant stage art, dynamic singing, and spectacular dancing.

• Day 8: Tianmen Mountain & Departure

  Conclude your journey at Tianmen Mountain, ascending via one of the world's longest cable car rides. Walk the thrilling Glass Skywalk, perched along a cliffside, and take in the panoramic mountain views before your transfer to Zhangjiajie Airport.
