Near the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, the Shaanxi History Museum is located at Xiaozhai East Road in Xi'an, Shaanxi province.

Culture Relics in Xi'an History Museum:

Being the capital of ancient China for over 1100 years, there are a large number of cultural relics in Xi'an. Generally speaking, there are 8 kinds of relics in the museum that is, bronzes, murals in Tang tombs, pottery figures, building materials, copper mirrors from the Han and Tang dynasties, golden and silver wares, and currencies from all the dynasties.

Exhibition Halls in Shaanxi History Museum:

Full of precious cultural relics, the exhibition area is composed of five parts, that is, the introductory hall, the general exhibition hall, the theme exhibition hall, the temporary exhibition hall, and the central hall, named art gallery.

Opening Time and Tourist Time:

Opening time: 9:00 a.m. to 17:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Note: The temporary exhibition hall opens on the afternoons of Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Tourists are not allowed to take photos and touch the precious murals. It may take you about 2 hours to visit the museum.
