Day 1: Arrival in Guangzhou

Day 2: Dim Sum, Folk Art & Sweet Treats
Kick off the day with a dim sum spread - shrimp dumplings, egg tarts, siu mai, BBQ pork buns, plus some stir-fried rice noodles or rice rolls on the side. A real Cantonese breakfast isn't complete without them!
Then it's off to the Chen Clan Ancestral Hall, where colorful carvings, sculptures, and quirky rooftop figures show off the best of traditional Lingnan design.
Take a stroll through Yongqing Fang, a laid-back neighborhood full of old-school Guangzhou vibes and creative touches.

Day 4: Day Trip to Shunde: The Birthplace of Cantonese Cuisine
Drive about an hour to Shunde, a UNESCO-recognized City of Gastronomy. Immerse yourself in the tranquil beauty of Qinghui Garden, a crown jewel among China's classical gardens. Wander through its serene courtyards, past ancient trees shading koi ponds, and admire the elegant pavilions reflected in still waters. Follow this with a walk through Huagai Street - famous for street snacks like double-skin milk pudding, Lunjiao rice cakes, and fresh fish sashimi. Later, enjoy the peaceful canals and heritage homes of Fengjian Water Village before returning to Guangzhou.
