• 1. What is included in your China group tour package?  

  Our group tours are all-inclusive with transparent pricing. The package covers accommodations, English-speaking tour guides, domestic transportation, meals, and entrance fees as listed in the itinerary. However, airport-hotel transfers on arrival and departure days are not included. If you need transfer services, please contact us in advance for arrangements.

• 2. Do I need a visa to join a group tour in China, can you assist the visa application?  

  Yes, a visa is required to enter China. We can provide the necessary supporting documents to assist with your visa application. However, China currently offers a 30-day visa-free policy for travelers from 38 countries and a 10-day visa free transit policy for visitors from 54 countries. If your country is eligible, you may not need a visa to travel to China.

• 3. What are the best times of year to visit China?  

  The best times to visit China are March to June (Spring) and September to November (Autumn) when the weather is pleasant and crowds are smaller. Our group tours are scheduled to avoid peak tourist seasons, ensuring you an enjoyable travel experience.

• 4. Are meals and accommodations included in the tour price?  
  Yes, all meals mentioned in the itinerary are included, though most dinners are at your own expense, so you can explore local cuisine at your leisure. Accommodations are in 4- to 5-star hotels, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout your trip.

However, for a more comfortable experience, we recommend booking a private tour if you're traveling with children under 7 or have mobility concerns.   You can exchange currency into Chinese yuan (RMB) at airports, banks, ATMs, and most high-end hotels. ATMs operate 24/7 and support English, but please check if your credit card is accepted before use. If exchanging a large amount of money at hotels, it’s recommended to make a reservation a day in advance.
