About This Trip

Day 1: Xi'an Arrival & Airport Pick-up
Welcome to Xi'an!
Well-known as Chang'an in history, the millenarian ancient capital shined brilliantly in the world during the 7th and 8th centuries as the starting point of the Silk Road. Touch down at Xianyang International Airport and meet your guide and driver for a one-hour drive to the hotel.

Day 2: The Terracotta Warriors & Muslim Quarter
Focus the day on the Terracotta Army, with over 8,000 life-size pottery warriors, horses, and chariots used to guard the afterlife empire of Qinshihuang, the first feudal emperor in Chinese history.
Later in the day, return to the downtown and stroll around the bustling Muslim Quarter, an authentic reflection of the city's rich cultural diversity brought by the ancient trade route that thrived due to the lucrative silk trade.

Day 3: Xi'an City Wall, High-speed Train to Luoyang
Start the day with a stroll on the six-century-old City Wall, sweeping view of the city's historical center and glancing at local life at the foot of the wall. Then, immerse into the splendid history, culture, and arts displayed in Shaanxi History Museum.
Afterward, a 1.5-hour high-speed train will take you to Luoyang, equally catching the eyes of all around the world in the Tang Dynasty (618AD-907AD) as the eastern capital of this prosperous empire famous for exporting gorgeous silk.

Day 4: Shaolin Temple & Chinese Kungfu
About 70km southeast of Luoyang, at the foot of Songshan Mountain, lies the revered esteemed Shaolin Temple, the birthplace of Chinese martial arts.
Spend the day visiting the Shaolin Temple, enjoying a Kungfu show presented by the Shaolin disciples, exploring Songyang Academy and some other heritages hidden in the mountain.

Day 5: Longmen Grottos and Luoyang City Tour
The prosperity of the silk trade in old times promoted the exchange and integration of the Eastern and Western cultures, which is vividly reflected in the dignified Buddhist statues and carvings of the Longmen Grottoes.
Have the morning to marvel at the historic wonder of Longmen Grottoes. Continue to Luoyang Folk Museum in the afternoon for further insights into the city's rich history. As evening falls, step through Lijing Gate into the lively heart of Luoyang Old City, explore the night market, and sample local flavors and crafts.

Day 6: Time Journey Cosplay & Departure
Highlight your time travel with cosplay, stepping back into the magnificent old capital of Luoyang and leaving wonderful pictures in traditional Chinese dress. Late afternoon, pack your bags and move on to your next destination.
Optional: There is a popular entertainment activity among young people in China, you can cosplay and then track down a doubtful case or immerse a romantic story, you can create your own script, or customize a script based on your interests.
