About This Trip

This tour is ideal if you are short on time and want to explore the finest of Guilin. The 83-kilometer stretch of the Li River between Guilin and Yangshuo has some of the most stunning scenery on the river. A Li River cruise will take you to this beautiful area. Then, take a trip down bustling West Street, where you can sample some local snacks and shop for gifts. On the final day, you can choose to explore the gorgeous countryside by bike or car. Before leaving Guilin, you'll explore Reed Flute Cave.

Itinerary

Day 1: Guilin, Arrival
Upon your arrival in Guilin, the most scenic city in China, your personal guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to relax or step out into this dynamic city for a little adventure on your own.

Day 2: Guilin - Yangshuo, Li River & West Street
After breakfast, you will be driven to Zhujiang Pier (40-minute drive) to embark your boat cruise down the picturesque Li River, which is the highlight of any visit to Guilin.
Along the river, you will be inspired by breathtaking views of peaks and pinnacles, crystal-clear water and picturesque pastoral views of rice paddies and water buffaloes, which together make you feel like stepping into traditional Chinese painting.
After disembarkation, transfer to your hotel in Yangshuo. Later, you may like to hang around on the well-known West Street.
Optional: If you'd like more activities, a night show of Impression Sanjie Liu might be your cup of tea.

Day 3: Guilin, Departure
Today, after breakfast, you will have a countryside tour in Yangshuo whether by bicycle or by car. After that, your chauffeur will drive you back to Guilin (1.5-hour drive).
Upon arrival in Guilin, you will have a 1 hour's tour in Reed Flute Cave to enjoy the perfect match of nature and light-settings. After coming out of the cave, you will stop at a pearl museum before being escorted to the airport for your flight home.
