Day 2: Hangzhou's Highlights - Lake, Temple, Museums
Start your full-day trip with an electric boat ride on West Lake, Hangzhou's iconic attraction. The verdant scenic area offers a thousand-and-one visiting options like delicate gardens and architecture with idyllic charm. Later, visit the 1,700-year-old Lingyin Temple, a popular destination for those praying for good fortune, to marvel at some magnificent statues, including a 20-meter-high Sakyamuni. Don't miss the nearby Feilai Peak, famous for its riverside grottoes with ancient Buddhist carvings. In the afternoon, head to the Silk Museum, which shares the history of silk production and the ancient Silk Road, along with displays of exquisite textiles from different times. Day 3: Hangzhou - Tea Village, Six Harmonies Pagoda, Departure
In the morning, drive to Meijiawu Village, a Longjing (Dragon Well) tea village with a 600-year history. There, you'll get an up-close look at the tea-making process while enjoying the lush greenery of the tea plantations, and savor a cup of Longjing tea. Afterward, take a 20-minute drive to the Six Harmonies Pagoda, a 60-meter-high tower built in the 10th century as a lighthouse. Stroll through the surrounding park-like grounds, then ascend the pagoda for panoramic views of the expansive Qiantang River.
After your visit, you'll be transferred to the airport for your departure in the afternoon.
