• Day 1: Shanghai, Yu Garden & Shanghai History Tour

  Get ready for your Shanghai day trip. First, drive to the Shanghai Museum, where you will spend 2 or more hours marveling at its rich collection. Visit the Yu Garden built in the Ming Dynasty. Here, you will enjoy exquisite pavilions, unique stones, corridors and rockeries that will take you into the history of Shanghai and continue to wander around the Yuyuan Market. There is also the Jade Buddha Temple, where you will see locals who pray for good luck. Later, you will visit the Jiangnan Silk Workshop to learn about the skills of producing silk. In the late afternoon, take a leisurely stroll around the former French Concession, and appreciate its colonial style and capture the hidden local life in front of the sparkling skyscrapers. Finally, the journey ends at the Bund.
