Day 1: Datong, Huayan Temple & Nine Dragon Screen
Your journey commences as you arrive in Datong. Our guide will escort you from the train station to the magnificent Huayan Temple. Walk along its stone paths through the eaves and doors and admire the colorful Buddha statues.
Later, visit the Nine Dragon Screen, a colorful glazed wall adorned with nine dragons, each with a different posture, representing supreme power in China. After the tour, check into your hotel and rest up for even more captivating adventures the next day.

Day 2: Datong, Yungang Grottoes & Hanging Temple
Embark on a fascinating tour beginning at the Yungang Grottoes, where you'll find hundreds of caves of various sizes carved into the Wuzhou Mountain over a kilometer long. In the caves, read the exquisite craftsmanship from its solemn Buddha statues and colorful paintings.

Day 4: Pingyao, Departure
Spend the morning exploring Pingyao Ancient City. Climb the ancient city wall and gaze upon the old city. Wander through Ming and Qing Street, historically Pingyao County's most prosperous commercial center.
