• Day 1: Suzhou City Tour

  As one important part of traditional Chinese gardens, classical Suzhou gardens are included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Among them, the Humble Administrator's Garden and Lingering Garden are the most representative. The former is the largest one in Suzhou and is known for its perfect combination of rockery and water; the latter is well known for its delicate layout. Today, you'll visit them as well as the new Suzhou Museum designed by I.M.Pei. Located near the Humble Administrator's Garden, it is a window into the local culture and history.

  Besides that, you will visit the No.1 Silk Factory and the Grand Canal. At the Silk Factory, you will see how the small cocoon is transformed into elegant silky clothes. Finally, take a boat on the Grand Canal to enjoy the charm of Eastern Venice.
