About This Trip

Day 1: Hong Kong, Arrival
Upon your arrival in Hong Kong, a vibrant metropolis, your local guide will meet and escort you to your hotel.

Day 2: Hong Kong City Highlights, Hong Kong - Chengdu
Today you will explore Hong Kong's unique blend of Chinese heritage and colonial influences. The first ascent to the city's highest point, Victoria Peak, to get a spectacular panoramic view of the whole city, and visit the exotic floating community of Aberdeen.
Enjoy the romantic beach at Repulse Bay and explore the Stanley Market to find some of your favorite souvenirs.
Free in the afternoon until being transferred to the airport for your flight to Chengdu, home to the cute giant pandas.

Day 3: Chengdu, Giant Panda & Chengdu City Highlights
On this day, you will visit the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, followed by a trip to the Wangjiang Park and a tea house. Sitting inside, enjoying a cup of traditional Chinese tea and absorbing the special atmosphere of Chengdu. Don't miss Jinli Old Street.
Optional: If you're interested in, Sichuan Opera can be a better night activity for you. You will marvel at the thrilling face changing the skill.

Day 4: Chengdu - Xi'an
You will be free to explore Chengdu until your local guide escorts you to the airport for your flight to Xi'an.
Upon arriving in Xi'an, one of China's four oldest historical capitals, your local guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to relax or step out to discover what this ancient city has to offer.

Day 5: Xi'an, Terracotta Warrior
The world-famous Terracotta Warriors is your first stop today. Discovered by a farmer in 1974, the Terracotta Army was regarded as one of the most significant archaeological finds in the 20th century. You will tour all three Pits and inspect over 8,000 incredible life-sized terra soldiers and horses, which is awesome.
In the afternoon, stroll along Ancient City Wall, one of the world's largest city walls, stop at a jade gallery and visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda.
Optional: Tonight, a good choice to spend the time is enjoying the Tang Dynasty Show which is a not-to-miss option if you're interested in.

Day 6: Xi'an - Shanghai, Muslim Street & Great Mosque
Morning sightseeing will take you to the Great Mosque and Muslim Street to have a taste of the exotic Muslim culture.
After the tour, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Shanghai. Upon your arrival in Shanghai, your private guide will welcome and escort you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to relax or start to explore this cosmopolitan on your own.

Day 7: Shanghai, Yu Garden & Shanghai History Tour
On this day you will visit the Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Center to witness how Shanghai became a huge cosmopolitan city from a shabby village, and then take a stroll in the beautiful Yu Garden, a masterpiece of China's traditional gardens. Continue to visit the Yuyuan Market and then drop by a silk workshop to appreciate exquisite silk products.
In the late afternoon, you will get a chance to visit the Former French Concession, Xintiandi and walk down the Bund.
Optional: This evening is free for you and you could watch the popular acrobatic show as your evening entertainment.

Day 8: Shanghai - Beijing
Free time until being escorted to the airport for your flight to Beijing. Upon your arrival at the Beijing airport, your private guide will meet you and escort you to the hotel.

Day 9: Beijing, City Highlights
After breakfast, you will wander around the historic Tiananmen Square. Heading north and walking through Tiananmen Gate, you will enter the Forbidden City, which was home to 24 emperors of Ming and Qing Dynasties for 600 years.
In the afternoon, marvel at the well-known Temple of Heaven where emperors in ancient time worshiped Heaven for a national good harvest and prosperity, followed by a pearl store.
Optional: An evening activity which is recommended to you is the Chinese Kung Fu Show.

Day 10: Beijing, Great Wall Tour
No China tour is complete without a visit to the Great Wall. After breakfast, you will leave the downtown to visit the Great Wall (Mutianyu section, round-trip cable cars included), the eighth wonder of the world.
Later, you will take a leisure stroll along the quiet Sacred Road, a royal road guarded by many vivid stone statues of divine beasts and officials. After that, pay a visit to a jade gallery.

Today is at your own leisure before your private driver escorts you to the airport for taking your flight home.
