Day 1: Hello, Hong Kong
Upon your arrival in Hong Kong, the most westernized city of China, your private tour guide will meet and escort you to your hotel. The rest of the day is for you to relax.

Day 2: Hong Kong, City Sightseeing
Experience Hong Kong unique blend of Chinese heritage and colonial air by the tours to the floating community of Aberdeen with Sampan ride, Repulse Bay of Hong Kong Island, Stanley Market and the Victoria Peak (one-way Peak Tram is included). The 1.5-hour circle walking around Victoria Peak will offer you a stunning bird's eye view of the city.

Day 3: Hong Kong, Free Day
It is a full free day for your own discovery.
The comprehensive and well-planned Hong Kong History Museum will be a perfect place to spend a good time with your children. In addition, you can also interact with your kids in the nearby Hong Kong Science Museum. Explore Kowloon area with the Star Ferry ride is another pretty option.

Day 4: Hong Kong - Guilin
Free time until be transferred to the railway station for a high-speed train to Guilin (about 3.5 hours). On arrival, your tour guide will pick you up and transfer you to your hotel. After that, you may like to do exploration around your hotel on your own.

Day 5: Guilin - Yangshuo, Li River Cruise
Get up in the early morning and take 50 minutes driving to Zhujiang Pier, where you will get on board for your Li River cruise to Yangshuo. Along the river, you will immerse yourself in the natural wonders of the unique Karsts landscape.
Disembark at around 1:30 pm, walk through the exotic West Street and then be transferred to your hotel in Yangshuo. Check-in and enjoy some free time to relax.

Day 6: Yangshuo, Countryside Tour
Take delights in the idyllic countryside full of verdant hills, tranquil rice paddies, small villages and crystal-clear waters. You can do the tour either by bicycle or car. Seize the opportunity to enjoy a happy time with your children.
In the afternoon, visit a local family in Gaotian Village, join their activities in daily life, such as planting, ploughing, farming, harvesting or trying your hands to make tofu, glutinous rice cake, etc. It is a good way for children to practice some simple daily conversations in Chinese.

Day 7: Yangshuo - Guilin - Xi'an
Return to Guilin after breakfast. En route, you will visit the Reed Flute Cave - a typical representative of Karsts landforms decorated with colorful lights; then, stop at a nearby pearl store before heading to the airport for your flight to Xi'an. Upon your arrival, be met and transferred by your personal guide and driver in Xi'an.

Day 8: Xi'an, Terracotta Warriors
Uncover the mystery of the Terracotta Warriors with your children. Marvel at the grand array with thousands of lifelike clay soldiers, horses and chariots, which has guarded the first emperor of China, Qin Shihuang, for over 2,000 years. It's interesting that each statue of the soldiers is unique as they are based on the appearance of the Qin people. Later on, stop at Xi'an Art Ceramics Factory.
Drive about 1 hour back to the city. En route, take a chance to see an underground cave house, a particular form of dwelling that was common to see in the north of China before decades years. Finally, End your Xi'an tour with a relaxing stroll around Muslim Street.

Day 9: Xi'an - Luoyang
It takes 1.5 hours from Xi'an to Luoyang by a high-speed train. It is a small city, which was the prosperous capital of 13 dynasties until the 10th century. Meet your tour guide and visit Longmen Grottoes, one of the three Buddhist grotto treasures in China. After that, return to your hotel and check-in.

Day 10: Luoyang - Dengfeng - Beijing
Head to Dengfeng, a city known for Chinese Shaolin Kung Fu. You will walk into a Kung Fu school there to learn Chinese Kung Fu and enjoy the wonderful Kungfu performance of its students. After lunch, continue to visit the Shaolin Temple, which is viewed as the cradle of Chinese Zen Buddhism and Shaolin martial arts. Finally, proceed to Beijing by a 4-hour high-speed train.

Day 11: Beijing, Forbidden City
Start a day trip from the heart of Beijing - Tiananmen Square, followed by the Forbidden City, which had been the power center from 1406 to 1912, and finally stop at the Temple of Heaven - the holy place where emperors prayed for bumper harvest every year, and now is a public park for the locals.

Day 12: Beijing, Great Wall
Drive about 2 hours to the Great Wall at Mutianyu section, where you can hop on a cable car up to enjoy the wall with less crowds. According to your physical conditions, you can do moderate hiking on it for 1.5-2 hours, and then get down by another cable car.
Proceed to Gubei Water Town by another 2-hour drive later. Check in your hotel in the water town and the rest of the day is yours to relax. Soaking in the hot springs is a good opt for you. Around 8 pm, your tour guide will escort you to take one cable car up to Simatai Great Wall to enjoy the night views. Only Tower 5 and 6 are open to tourists they are relatively flat and safe at night. The trip will last about 1 hour.

Day 13: Beijing, Summer Palace
This morning, you can walk around the water town with your tour guide and will have an opportunity to make kites or learn bandhnu at an additional cost. Later, drive about 2.5 hours back to Beijing and have a leisurely tour to the Summer Palace, where you will have a chance to enjoy one dragon boat ride for about 15 minutes.

Day 14: Beijing, Goodbye
After breakfast, package all your luggage and happy memories together, and get ready for home. Your tour guide will escort you to the airport for your return flight. Hope you travel with Odynovo again!
