Day 1 Arrival, Jinan
Upon your arrival in Jinan, you will be driven to the hotel by your private guide. After check-in, start a relaxing tour in this city with Daming Lake, Furong Street and Black Tiger Spring to get close to the daily life of the local people.

Day 2 Jinan - Qufu, San Kong
Today, you will be escorted to Qufu (about 2 hours) - the birthplace of Confucius. After arriving in Qufu, pass through three parts of the so-called "San Kong" to learn about Confucius's profound ideas about social life and education.
Walk around the Kong Family Mansion, which was formerly used as a residence of Confucius's descendants to see the precious historical relics. Pay a visit to the Temple of Confucius - the restructured building of Confucius's former residence, and head to view the Cemetery of Confucius where are the exclusive tombs of Confucius and his descendants.

Day 3 Qufu, Lecture of Confucianism
In the morning, you will have a lecture on the topic of Confucius and the Influence of his theory. After that, choose 2 options among calligraphy class, traditional Chinese painting, tea ceremony and paper cutting. These hands-on experiences will deepen your impression of Chinese traditional culture. In the late afternoon, enjoy a ride by carriage around Qufu old town (about 15-20 minutes).

Day 4 Qufu - Tai'an, Mount Tai
Today, you will be transferred about 1.5 hours by car to Tai'an to view the magnificent landscape of Mount Tai. Upon your arrival at the foot of Mount Tai, stroll across the Puzhao Temple to admire the well-preserved antique architecture.
Later, hike up to the top of Mount Tai - the first of the Five Sacred Mountains in China, and appreciate the picturesque view of the surrounding area. Proceed to visit the Bixia Temple which exhibits the statue of Goddess Bixia, and then return by taking a cable car.

Day 5 Tai'an, Dai Temple
Start today's tour with the Dai Temple to explore this largest and best-preserved ancient building complex of Tai'an. It formerly was a place for the emperor to make the sacrifice and worship the God of the Mount Tai and pray for peace and prosperity.
Later, head to a local village to experience people's daily life and learn from them to make dumplings. Finally, you will spend the night huddled around bonfires, singing and dancing with the local people.

Day 6 Tai'an - Weifang, Kite Museum
Today, set off by car about 3 hours to Weifang - the Kite Capital of the World. After arriving in Weifang, pay a visit to the Kite Museum to learn about the development and the art of making kites.
Later, you will move on to the Yangjiabu Folklore Garden to experience how to make a kite and how to make Chinese traditional woodcut New Year pictures. You can also get close to the local lifestyle in ancient time through these folk customs.

Day 7 Weifang - Zibo - Jinan, Zhoucun Ancient City
Today, return to Jinan on road. On your way to Jinan, stop in Zibo to wander in the Zhoucun Ancient City which is a good place for taking photos, to see the historical shops and silk streets. Continue to the China Ancient Chariots Museum, you will be amazed by one of the top 10 archaeological discoveries in the year 1990 - the immolated chariots and horses of the Spring and Autumn period.
