Day 1: Scenic Hike From Qiaotou to Naxi Guesthouse
Your journey begins with a private transfer from Lijiang to Qiaotou, the starting point of your Tiger Leaping Gorge trek. The scenic drive takes approximately 2 hours, passing through rugged mountain landscapes.
Upon arrival, your hike begins with a steady climb along well-marked trails, offering breathtaking views of the Jinsha River below and the towering peaks of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain.
After about five hours of trekking, you'll arrive at a charming Naxi family guesthouse, where a simple but hearty lunch awaits. Take time to rest and soak in the peaceful surroundings before continuing to your overnight lodge.

Day 2: Gorge Descent & Transfer to Shangri-La
After breakfast, set off on a scenic descent along the gorge, following the winding path toward Tina's Guesthouse. The trail offers spectacular views of steep cliffs and the roaring river below. Two hours into your hike, you'll reach Halfway Lodge, a perfect spot to pause, sip some tea, and admire the dramatic scenery.
Another two hours of walking brings you to Tina's Guesthouse, where you can relax and enjoy lunch (optional) before your onward journey. Your private vehicle will be ready to take you to Shangri-La, a 3-4-hour drive through picturesque valleys and traditional Tibetan villages. The route includes stunning viewpoints, so be sure to have your camera ready!

- Trail Conditions: Well-maintained but uneven in places; sturdy hiking shoes recommended.
