• Day 2: Glimpse into Guangzhou's History and Traditions

  Begin the day with a leisurely walk around Shamian, where colonial-era mansions from the mid-to-late 19^th century line the leafy boulevards. Journey onward to Yong Qing Fang, a vibrant outdoor shopping arcade full of Cantonese traditional heritages and chill Cantonese cuisine. If lucky enough, while visiting the Cantonese Opera Art Museum here, you may encounter a live Canto Opera, where performers in elaborate costumes bring centuries-old tales to life.

  At the Chen Clan Ancestral Hall, exquisite carvings of mythical creatures and floral motifs sprawl across railings, walls, and rooftops, will leave you in awe. After a stop at the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall to learn about modern Chinese history, conclude the day on a journey back over 2,000 years at the Museum of the Western Han Dynasty Mausoleum of the Nanyue King.

• Day 3: Guangzhou - Shenzhen, by High-speed Train

  Leave Guangzhou behind and take a high-speed train to Shenzhen, the city of the future.

  Upon arrival, a friendly local guide will greet and whisk you to your first stop, the Museum of Contemporary Art and Planning Exhibition. Step into the south wing, where bold, avant-garde installations and futuristic designs present you with a stunning visual feast; cross over to the north wing, where cutting-edge virtual reality displays Shenzhen's transformation from a fishing village to China's high-tech hub.

  Finally, unwind in the OCT Happy Harbor with various shopping and entertainment experiences. Whether you are a drone enthusiast or not, the nearby DJI Flagship Store is worth a visit. Here, you can get hands-on with the latest drone technology and take flight in a demo zone.

• Day 4: Experience Chinese Modern Life

  Spend the morning in the newly opened Shenzhen Science and Technology Museum, where technology isn't just displayed - you can even "play" technology and feel the changes that technology is about to bring to your life. Kids would rush toward the AI robotics exhibit to interact with them, teenagers prefer to discover the mystery of the Universe using VR glasses, adults can experience smart home… People of all ages can find fun here.

  Later in the stunning Shenzhen Talent Park, experience a high-tech innovation that has already been applied to daily life - drone food delivery. About half an hour after placing the order, you can see a delivery drone glide effortlessly through the sky, descend smoothly, and gently lower your food package onto the landing pad with its robotic arm.

  After a break at the Sea World Culture and Art Center, conclude the day with a boat ride to enjoy the majestic Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge.
