• Day 1: Arrival in Guilin - Transfer to Longsheng

  Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by your local guide at the airport. Sit back and relax as we embark on a scenic two-hour drive into the lush mountains of Longsheng. Along the way, glimpse quiet villages and winding rivers, with rising peaks hinting at the beauty to come. By late afternoon, arrive at the iconic Longji Rice Terraces, where tiered fields cascade down the hillsides in graceful curves - an awe-inspiring introduction to rural Guangxi.

• Day 2: Ping'an Village Hike - Reed Flute Cave - Lakeside Walk

  Start your morning with a peaceful hike from Ping'an to an ancient Zhuang village, a scenic two-hour walk that meanders through picturesque terraced fields. Along the way, you'll encounter the famous "Seven Stars with the Moon," where seven untouched hillocks rise gracefully amid lush green terraces. As you approach the Zhuang village, traditional stilted wooden houses and age-old stone pathways come into view, offering a glimpse into the rich cultural heritage and timeless charm of this ethnic community.

  After returning to Guilin, marvel at the surreal rock formations and colorful lighting inside Reed Flute Cave, then unwind with a leisurely lakeside stroll around the picturesque Rong and Shan Lakes.

• Day 3: Day Trip to Bajiaozhai Geopark

  Today, set out from Guilin for a two-hour drive to Bajiaozhai National Geopark, named for its eight sharp peaks shaped by erosion and weathering. Rare in the world, Bajiaozhai showcases four Danxia landforms: peak forests, isolated peaks, peak clusters, and intricate micro-landscapes. Don't miss Longtou Xiang, the most dramatic peak - an arched ridge a hundred meters long and barely 10 cm wide at its narrowest, resembling a dragon soaring into the sky. From the summit, look down over a sea of mist and hundreds of spiral-shaped hills plunging 100-200 meters, known as "Whales Frolicking in the Ocean." Panoramic trails and winding boardwalks offer breathtaking views, perfect for nature lovers and photographers.

• Day 4: Guilin - Yangshuo: Li River Cruise

  After breakfast, head to the pier and embark on a cruise down the legendary Li River, one of China's most celebrated journeys. As the boat glides southward from Guilin to Yangshuo, you'll be surrounded by a dreamscape of soaring karst peaks, their reflections shimmering in the crystal-clear waters. Amid the tranquil flow, marvel at scenes that have inspired countless Chinese paintings and poems - towering limestone cliffs, bamboo groves swaying in the breeze, and water buffalo ambling along the riverbanks.
