After enjoying your self-made lunch, drive for approximately three hours from Yangshuo to Zhaoxing, one of China's most picturesque Dong ethnic villages.

Day 4: Zhaoxing, Ethnic Minority Village Exploration
Today, immerse yourself in the unique cultures of southern China's ethnic minorities. Begin with a visit to Basha Miao Village, famed for being the last tribe in China officially allowed to carry firearms. Stroll through the village to observe traditional wooden houses and ancient customs, and witness a fascinating cultural performance showcasing Miao music, dance, and even hair shaving with a sickle.

Day 5: Tang'an Dong Village & Departure From Zhaoxing
Enjoy your day with a visit to Tang'an Dong Village, a peaceful mountain settlement known as the"most primitive Dong village in China". Surrounded by terraced fields and lush forests, this village offers a glimpse into centuries-old Dong culture and architecture.
Enjoy a scenic hike along the ancient mountain trail from Tang'an to Zhaoxing, passing through rice terraces, wooden bridges, and quiet hamlets along the way - a perfect opportunity to appreciate the region's natural beauty and rural life. After the hike, transfer to the train station for your onward journey to your next destination.
