• Day 5: Xi'an, Encounter the Terracotta Army

  No visit to Xi'an is complete without the Terracotta Army. Approximately 2,000 years ago, Qin Shi Huang, the first emperor to unify China, ordered the construction of a massive underground army to protect him in the afterlife. You can glimpse the great military power of the Qin Dynasty through the detailed life-size terracotta soldiers. Make sure to see the Bronze Chariots in the nearby museum.

• Day 7: Nanjing, Enjoy Time in Zhong Shan Mountain National Park
