Venture to the lively Central-Mid-Levels Escalator area, visit the bustling Central Market for local snacks and handicrafts, and then explore Tai Kwun, a heritage and contemporary arts center that was a former colonial-era prison.

  Next, ride the iconic Star Ferry across Victoria Harbor to Tsim Sha Tsui, where you'll see the Clock Tower and stroll along the Avenue of Stars, spotting the statue of Bruce Lee and handprints of Jackie Chan and other celebrities.

  In the afternoon, dive into Mong Kok's bustling markets and conclude your day at Wong Tai Sin Temple - Hong Kong's most famous Taoist temple, where you can bless your loved ones and experience traditional fortune-telling.

• Day 3: Hong Kong - Guilin: High-Speed Train, Lively Night Market

  Spend the morning at leisure in Hong Kong before boarding a high-speed train to Guilin. Upon arrival, your local guide will greet you and escort you to the hotel for a rest.

  If you are interested in exploring a Guilin night market, there's an evening foodie tour along Shijiayuan Street is waiting for you, where you can taste sweet soups, as well as the ever-popular fried noodles and rice noodles that draw long queues of locals.

• Day 4: Guilin - Longsheng: Longji Rice Terraces

  This morning, set off for Longsheng County to explore Longji Rice Terraces, celebrated as one of the most stunning agricultural landscapes in China. Stroll along the narrow terrace paths, admire the panoramic views of striking, layered fields stretching across the hillsides. Observe traditional Zhuang stilt houses and farmers tending the fields, feeling the harmony of rural life. Spend the night in Ping'an Zhuang Village, soaking up the peaceful mountain scenery.

• Day 5: Longsheng - Guilin: Terraces Trek, Free Time in Guilin

  Take a morning trek from Ping'an to Guzhuang Zhuang Village, where layered rice terraces unfold beneath your feet. Along the way, witness the rice-fish symbiosis in the paddies and farmers at work, blending seamlessly into the serene mountain landscape.

  After about 1.5 hours of hiking, return to Guilin by private vehicle. The rest of the day at leisure - either relax at your hotel or visit Elephant Trunk Hill and the Rong & Shan Lakes.

  This morning, cruise down the Li River, admiring the emerald peaks rising on either side, and the crystal-clear water reflects the surrounding bamboo forests like a mirror. Occasionally, you may spot grazing water buffalo and fishermen at work.

  Upon arriving in Yangshuo, take a short break before an off-the-beaten-path cycling tour through the authentic countryside. The gentle breeze and fresh scent of the countryside make it easy to immerse yourself in the serene harmony of nature and rural life.
