Itinerary

Leave Chengdu in the morning and travel to the Shenshuping Panda Base, arriving after approximately two hours.

Upon arrival, join the Panda Care (Volunteer) Experience and take part in conservation activities under the guidance of panda keepers. Activities include preparing and providing bamboo, cleaning designated areas, and observing feeding routines and behavioral care work.

Lunch is served at the staff canteen, followed by a short educational session on giant panda conservation and rehabilitation.

In the afternoon, take part in preparing "Wowotou" (traditional steamed buns made for pandas) and assisting with bamboo preparation for the animals in care.

The experience concludes with the presentation of a panda care certificate before returning to Chengdu with your guide and driver.
