Itinerary

• Day 1: Kunming, Arrival

  Welcome to Kunming, China's Spring City! Upon arrival, your tour guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to relax or step out for a little adventure of your own.

• Day 2: Kunming, Stone Forest

  Today, you will visit the renowned Stone Forest. Famed as the "World Karst Landscape Museum", you will be amazed at the bizarre stone formations in shapes of swords, mushrooms, tower, pillars and even castles. In the Forest, you will feel come to a "Stone World". Later, visit the Jingxing Bird Market.

• Day 3: Kunming - Dali, Dali City Highlights & Cycling Tour

  In the morning, you will be escorted to the railway station for the high-speed train to Dali. Upon arrival, be met and escorted to the hotel by your local tour guide.

  After a short rest, take a wonderful boat ride on Erhai Lake and visit the Bai ethnic minority village, followed by exploring Dali Ancient Town and Three Pagodas. On the way, enjoy the countryside cycling tour for around 2 hours (Three Pagodas - Xizhou Village - Sha Village).

• Day 4: Dali - Lijiang, Ancient Towns

  After breakfast, pay a visit to the Shaxi Ancient Town, a historic town once an active trade stops on the Southern Silk Road. After the tour, drive to the famous Lijiang Ancient Town.

• Day 5: Lijiang, Mu's Mansion & Wangu Tower

  After breakfast, explore tranquil Shuhe town and then proceed to Baisha Village, where you can marvel at ancient mural paintings.

  Then return to Lijiang where you will visit the historic Mu's Mansion and ascend the Wangu Tower for a panoramic view of Lijiang's old town.

• Day 6: Lijiang, Departure

  On this day you will be free on your own until your tour guide escorts you to the airport for your onward flight.
